There is no customer loyalty when it comes to returning items. They don't listen they don't care it's all about the mighty dollar. I have discussed with them on several occasions products that were not suitable for me and they were not willing to refund it because they have a policy of 30 days and therefore once it's over the 30 days you are out of luck they train the staff very well to disengage with customers when it comes to returning product. their prices are quite high and as I said, there is zero loyalty, never mind the pests they have in the store that I've seen in the past and kept to myself until this moment. Do not shop there. Sequoia has a better staff. They have better knowledgable people and they're much nicer when it comes to returning items they don't tell y" oh, we can't help you.

The flowers are unique, one-of-a-kind and done in the most beautiful ways I have ever seen! Not only that, they are very conscience of asking whether you have pets, and they advise you on how to water the flowers and keep them lasting longer. The service is always top notch! My only wish is that a floral shop like this existed in other cities where I sent flowers. We are very lucky to have such talented florists here in Moncton!
