    Check in through airport

A secret town on top of Westfield where you can forget your boring job and be anything you want to be? YES PLEASE. Our journey started at the BA check in counter where we got to check in our baggage (coats and bags). We then proceeded through security where we received our glass of sparkling wine and kidzania money. We started off at the top floor where all the food shops were at. We made Cadbury chocolate and eat natural bars. To be honest I think there are better things to do with your time in kidzania as we only pretended to make the food - and got a already packaged sample at the end of our journey. We then started exploring other occupations. The police, fire fighter and pilot jobs seemed to have the biggest lines. The fire fighter line could definitely have been more efficient as there was a 10 minute video another group could have been watching while the first group went out to fight fires. A few other jobs were like this too. My favourite job was being a courier because we got to barge our way through to different shops to collect be deliver things. All the staff were really in character when we went in too. In true theme park fashion some of the lines required hours of queuing and the food and drink were expensively priced. 4 hours was nowhere enough time to do all the jobs (60 I believe) so there's motivation to come back and spend more. Kidzania is truly a one off experience though and the work and effort that went into building and maintaining it can definitely be seen.

What a blast!! We had so much fun here! We went for the adults only night and thoroughly enjoyed it. There are so many activities to do and so many things to see! Definitely one of my favourite nights out in a long time. Younger children would definitely need an adult to accompany them to explain how it all works. Older kids would have an amazing time wandering around and trying being a fire fighter or paramedic or journalist, chocolate making and craft workshops are on offer, the British Airways experience and a brilliant little theatre where they get to be the stars! There will be lots of long queues as some activities are very popular, but they're well worth the wait. They even have their own monetary system where you pay for some activities and get paid for others. I'll definitely be back for an adults only night at some point!

I was one of the lucky few who received a complimentary ticket for one of the Adult lates at Kidzania.(Normally costs around 30pounds a person) My name was on the list, so I gained entry at the mezzanine floor quite quickly. But by the time I reached the top of the escalators, there was a humongous crowd at the checkin counter and it was not until I reached almost the front of the line, that I saw a sign saying that this line was only if you wanted to deposit your bags and coats (1pound fee per item) - waste of time / unclear signage A glass of bubbly was next and that was a good thing to calm my irritation down. There were enough staff on the inside to keep clearing the empties. As I passed through a metal detector, I was handed a map and 40 kidzos (currency) The map did not have too much info on it and there was no explanation as such as to how things would operate. It wasn't until after 2 hours or so, when I realised that I could also earn kidzos, not just spend them. I completely understand the irritation of a previous reviewer whose kids did not know what to do when they went in. There were lots of fun activities to do and once I met my friends inside, it was even more fun. Every individual shop/activity had a queue, so like Disneyland a lot of time is spent just waiting in line. I tried the Face painting - costs 15 kidzos - awesome! Tattoo - costs 15 kidzos - its just a sticker - not worth the cost, unless you have money to burn in the end. Police Station - earn 8 kidzos - fun Reporters - earn 8 kidzos - good fun - you even get a printed news sheet with your story (and name if you like) on it. Recycling paper - earn 8 kidzos - very good Cadbury's chocolate - costs 12 / 15 kidzos - you just get to fill the tempered chocolate in a mold - not worth the queuing time for me - you get a voucher for 2 tiny bits of chocolate to be collected at exit. Tour bus - costs 1 kidzo for a ride - earn 8 kidzos if you become the official tour guide and do a good job. Magic show - free to watch in a lovely theatre - you get to perform if you head to the auditions next door. The airplane / hospital / dentist / radio show / al jazeera tv show / Kwality Ice cream / firemen booths were all terribly overcrowded. so they seemed like the most fun. 4-5 hours aren't enough to explore even half the place. I don't see how kids would be able to manage on their own on the inside. They do need an adult with them I would think, unless they are teenagers or maybe tweens. There are a few eating options inside - GBK, The Diner, a juice and coffee bar etc, but they all need genuine cash. I did eat a burger at GBK, as I wasn't sure if I would get anything at Shake Shack or the main GBK after 10:30pm. But if I had the time, I would have eaten outside in one of the mall eateries. If you have more than 70 kidzos left at the end, you can open a bank account with kidzania bank (or so I was told), but I just had 30 left and I was told to take it back and use it on another visit or give it to a child who was visiting. Its fun to visit if you want to feel like a kid again. But I wish there was at least a 5-10 minute video at entry to outline the concept of how the place works. They have instruction videos playing at a lot of the shops - the police station, the fire station and others. Should not be too hard to include a video at the start

I had a lot of fun here at the Adult Late session! Like the other reviewers have noted, it would be great if there was more written or verbal instruction at the start (but then I'm a nerd, and not their typical target market, I'm sure ;) There were lots of queues, yes. and it felt bizarrely like an airport at the start, especially with all the escalators etc. I was expecting to wait around and so I made sure I headed for the things that sounded most fun first (face-painting, glass-painting, and the radio experience). I loved the high production values here and I could really tell that they've put some serous thought into it. The staff were also very friendly and I'd especially like to shout out to Pippa, and the girl who spent lots of elbow grease wiping down the painting room!

Adult special night (organised by TimeOut) Wow what an amazing experience. Me and my husband went along and we both experienced what it would be like to be a police person, fire fighter, forensic person, surgeon, drummer, pilot/co-pilot and part of a pit crew engineer. We had so much fun playing out our new roles for approx. 10-20 mins depending what role you took part in. I especially loved being a firewoman and dealing with the pretend fire with real water type hoses. There was so much more to do from chocolate making to presenting a radio station but unfortunately we ran out of time even though we was there for 4 hours. We also ate there and had a GBK burger usually we love GBK burgers but this restaurant did not live up to its reputation at all. The burgers were thinner and the food just did not taste as great. I would not dine at that one again. I would definitely go back to experience an adult night kidzania as no kids around and I would love to get to experience what it would be like to be a radio presenter, DJ, hotel cleaner, chocolate maker etc. A tip though the chocolate making gets a very long que right from the off so if you want to do that go there first. Experiences last about 10-20 mins approx. depending what you do and some of them are more popular than others such as the chocolate making, police, firemen etc. so I highly recommend you go to the jobs that you want to definitely do / experience from the off. Go and Kidzania it out! and be a kid all over again.

This was by far my favorite place to go in London. My 10 year old has always wanted to see the Eiffel Tower which we did, we had great food in Belgium but Kidzania was his all time favorite place and favorite part of his trip. The staff were attentive and were as excited as the kids about their temp careers. I overheard kids eager to make 75 zania cash to open a bank account. They need to bring this to the East Coast preferably NYC! Thank you to the staff and to everyone who made my sons experience one of a lifetime. Gracias !!!

Oxygen Freejumping is one of the worst trampoline park that I've ever visited. I really love…read morejumping but in Oxygen you cannot jump freely. They sell more tickets that they have places for jumping. If you want to leave you clothes in a locker you must by a lucky guy becouse there are only a few lockers (because they don't have keys to many lockers). There are a lot of broken trampolines in Oxygen Freejumping. And those that are functional are not so good like in Polish Trampoline Parks. I think this pleace is very dangerous because in one hour there are so many people and sometimes they are jumping together on the same trampoline - children are jumping on the other children. And staff don't care about that. The Oxygen Freejumping is one of the worst places I've ever seen.

It is as you would expect: a lot of trampolines with a foam pit, basketball hoops and giant air bag. It was busy but not overly so (I think the early slots are quieter) with a good ratio of staff to customers. I disagree with the other reviewers who state there are a lot of broken trampolines (there was only one) and that no safety briefing is given (one was). After 45 mins we were all exhausted and the location meant we headed to Westfield after for food. All in all, a load of fun although you will ache afterwards!

This is a gorgeous little cafe/florist/soft play area…read more Upstairs half the shop is a florist, the other half a café, the downstairs is completely turned into a children's paradise! The coffee and food are decently priced and home made. The staff is lovely. The atmosphere is nice but as someone who suffers from allergies, the upstairs area with all its flowers is a bit too heady for me. Downstairs (with gates both at the top and bottom of the stairs and staff that will help you carry buggies) there's a large soft play area with slides, a swing, a climbing wall, a ball pit and a plethora of toys. There's also a little play house, a large wall painted with blackboard paint with chalks at the ready. On the far side there's a book shelf and reading corner as well as a sensory room fully darkened with just a few colour changing light sources. Absolutely love this place and £5 entry for children is very reasonable for hours of fun!
