We celebrated our son's birthday here and it was a success! All our guests loved being able to watch their child play safely while attending a birthday party! The place is secured with cameras and the owners always kept an eye on the door. The private room was able to fit all the food, guests and our family members, it has several tables and chairs. It even had an entertainment/TV/speaker which allowed me to play music and videos. There is a fridge inside the private room now and even a little sink for littles to wash their hands in. We were able to fit a balloon arch as well! We opted for the semi-private option at 2-5pm! This time slot was perfect for us as it didn't interfere with our son's schedule. Since there was a party before ours, Lou, the owner let us start designing the room 45 minutes before the party and helped us set up and clean after. This place is reasonably priced at $14. They do have membership passes that are a great deal as well. The door is locked so you ring a bell to gain entrance which I like for safety purposes. We were the only people here when we visited and my son loved having all of the amenities to himself. This is a no shoes place as well, so again, I hate the idea of walking into a bathroom with the no shoes but I understand the no shoes principle for the carpet. They do have a small arcade area but I think this is a very toddler friendly place.There were plenty of toys, bouncy house, slides and a miniature trampoline available. This was big enough for my son to burn up some pent up energy after school. The employee did say that it gets packed on the weekends but we went on a random weekday. read more

Nice place, secured, first thing that I noticed was locked door, and you need to ring the bell. I don't remember seeing this in other indoor playground. Huge shout for this. Random people can't just get in. Every playground should have this. But if your kids are older than 6 or 7 this might be not so much fun for them. But if they are younger this might be paradise for them. I think they charge 14 dollars per kids, and it is whole day pass. Everything seems clean, some equipment might be changed. Great place for kids party, they have everything you need and the kids will love it! Friendly staff, constantly cleaning up after the kids, but also there if you need assistance. This is a great and safe place for kids to play. The moment we walked in we have to be buzzed in the ring camera. There is a shoe rack section when you place your shoes and make sure you have socks if not it's available for $3. There is a waiver that you have to sign if it's your first time, you can do this in advanced online as well. Lucas was very friendly as I was talking to him that I saw the place from Blippi video. There were plenty of toys that the kids can place and monkey around. They have area for drinking and eating snacks and there is a vending machine available. The restrooms are neat. The play area is clean, I see them vacuum all the time. There is also area for video games, you have to purchase coins to operate. Overall great, clean and safe place for your kids. I've been here twice now and I enjoy bringing my nanny kid to Kids Topia. We arrived right at 10 when they open and we've had the place pretty much to ourselves each time. They have a few good areas for the children to climb around and run. I like how much open space there is compared to other indoor playgrounds. They have a decent sitting area with a plug for charging which is nice. They also have arcade style games for older kids as well. WOWWW!! What an incredible and fun placeee! I'm soooo happy I found this indoor playground! My son is going through the incredible terrible twos lol but had a birthday coming up and I truly just had no idea what to do! I knew I didn't wanna go all out and plan a party, do a whole big thing so I looked into indoor playrooms!! I wanted a place where I could make reservations and pay for it in advance - Kidstopia does just that! I made a reservation for 5 kiddos Jan. 12th (my son's actual birthday too!) for 1pm and we were able to stay for as long as we wanted!!! They have the COOLEST SET UPS! There's also arcade coins available for purchase for the arcade area they have set up! And better yet, everything was clean and organized!!! My birthday boy and his siblings plus 2 friends truly had so much fun! They didn't know where to go or what to do cause they were just so excited LOL! I felt safe that the kids weren't going anywhere either, the wonderful gal working the front/register made sure the gate was closed AND locked! She's incredible and I am so upset I forgot her name! She. Was. Awesome!!! She was by herself taking care of the whole playground and was just truly on top of it - making sure the area was nice and organized for the kids to play and have fun while being safe! First, I want to state that I tried sending all this to their email stated on their website but it came back as "undeliverable" Brought my 1.5 year old on Thursday November 30th between the hours of 10-12pm because there was a private event that day. When we got home, I noticed she was starting to get very warm and seemed more tired than usual. She spiked a 102 degree fever and started to form a lot of bump like rashes all over her body. Luckily the pediatrician had an opening to see her the next day since she would not stop scratching herself miserably. He asked if she goes to daycare (which she does not) but I mentioned this place I took her to. He thinks she contracted Hands, Foot, Mouth Disease from there (highly contagious). As a first time mom, it was and still is scary to see her like this. Her legs look like a car ran them over, she has an incredible amount of scabs all the way up to her buttocks. I can't help but think do any other parents who were there the same time as me have the same issue? I hope these new owners all sanitize equipment as much as the owners of Kid's Planet did when I last went here in May just 6 months ago (no problems then). I also noticed that at least 3 hand sanitizing stations were empty while I was there. I was looking forward to possibly having her birthday party there but this place just reminds me of her pain now. read more

I threw my daughter's 2nd birthday here last month and everyone had a great time. I loved the fact that we were able to rent out the whole place, bring our own food, and bring our own decorations. Most places in town only allow 2hrs of play but here they do 3hrs. They also have arcade games for the older kids and they provide tokens. The workers were very accommodating and helped us with everything we needed. You can add on to your party package if you want a character visit, Photo Booth, etc. I would definitely throw another party here again in the future. read more

This place is amazing! We had my son's 3rd birthday party here and he had the time of his life! We rented the whole facility out because we had about 80 people so it was nice having the place to ourselves. The staff was so great from helping with set up to breaking everything down. The facility is very clean and this was the most important factor for me when choosing the party location. The only negative thing I can say is that we wish we could've stayed longer. Honestly, I expected to walk in and have the smell of an old elementary school. But it was clean and nasty smell free. Well laid out and enough room to run around, and adults can jump on the tramps with the kids. There was one adventure toy that did seem dangerous, the round about, kind of like the tea cups at Disney land, very close to the slide and if a kid was going fast, and the head was out, close enough to hit the head on a pole. Other then that, it was a fun little place for a overly hot day or a rainy day to let the kiddos run and play. There are always a few parents who do not pay attention to their kids, leaving it to those that actually do and this can sometimes become frustrating as it can end up causing issues when trying to keep the fun and prevent problems. This was by far the worst and perhaps even the most run down, dirty establishment we've been to in this town. The owner was an absolute disaster with no integrity, respect, honor, nor class. The slide was ripped and scratched, the trampoline squeaked like it was breaking and had no spring. The baby section was appallingly disgusting with many moldy toys. I was told I could bring our cup cakes in by the front desk woman who was very nice, only to be kicked out by the owner after my kids had begun to eat them in the eating area. Yes there was a sign I saw last minute about only having cake in the party room but since the front woman said it was fine we only did what we were told. Owner didn't care and proceeded to make a fool of himself. Also mentioned that no business takes Venmo (when in fact all do) because it's a bank /debit card etc So obviously this man was incompetent and speaking from a place of ignorance. The play place is really neat. great for little kids to play. I like the standard and unique aspects of a play place. However, staff was not accommodating to my elderly dad with Parkinson's. When told we had to take off our shoes I was trying to see if my dad had to take his shoes off since it is difficult for him to do so. I understand for cleanliness reasons, and he did end up taking his shoes off but the response was from staff was snippy. Then my dad went to sit on the massage chair and watch his grandchildren and she said, " he needs to get off of the chair and go sit in the waiting area". He had intended to use the chair but I was looking for cash to use for the chair. With Parkinson's everything takes longer ... getting in and out of chairs,. etc. ... not to mention keeping an eye on the kids... i Hope to visit again but hope the next staff member is accommodating and kind to those with different abilities. read more

The parents that come and sit on their phones don't watch their children at all I had to help some else's child and get another to stop bullying mine a few times with the parents no where to help the situation. The reason why I am writing this review is because my son and I were in perfect health until we came here, the next day we both woke up with sore throats and painful ears and my 3 year old with double pink eye! kids' Planet is a great for me to take my 22 month old and 6 year old. They loved it! It is super clean and the check in protocol for Covid is thorough, hand sanitizer ( alcohol and non alcohol versions), temperature check, and everyone over the age of 9 wears masks. Ralphie the manager was super welcoming, and just all around a nice guy. You can tell he enjoys his job and conducts himself professionally when interacting with the children. I hope in the near future there will be a monthly membership because I plan to frequent this place! It was awesome for my children to socialize with other kids their age especially in a time when they are not going to school. Upon walking in we were greeted by a super friendly man named Lucas. He was very pleasant and informative since it was our first time! I liked knowing that the fee was for the whole day and included re-entry. The place was clean and bright and inviting! There were so many fun things for my son to see and do! I came here for a bday party and I must say I was kind of surprised they chose to have the party here. Many things were being held together with tape. There's a spinning piece of equipment with three apples hanging from the top that kids can sit on and from older picture reviews I can see that there used to be way more than three. Many of the arcade games don't seem really functional. It just looks like the place is getting run down and no real effort is being made to fix or replace what needs fixing and replacing. I saw employees vacuuming from time to time, but I think this whole place needs a good cleaning and newer/safer equipment. I don't think I'll be bringing my kid back unless that happens. read more

This is a horrible place of business, they don't know how to talk to people. they don't know how to deal with kids, today was the first time as a parent i felt my child was taken advantage of. The so called managers who ran the place literally assaulted my two year old son literally grabbed my son and said he was not sanitized and I was lying about sanitizing my son's hands he then grabbed my child and he couldn't come inside and get the fuck out. I asked him to review the camera footage and show me the policy where he can physically touch someone's child. then told me to get the fuck out. I called Las Vegas police they did nothing but make a report and told me if I go back I would be trespassing for advocating for my son. I didn't not appreciate the way my son was treated or profiled. he refused to give me higher commands information. Our first time there with our 2 year old grandson on a Saturday night. The placed was packed, did not look very clean inside a concern nowadays . Staff was friendly and the sign in process fairly smooth. Definitely a place for older children maybe 3 and up. read more

Sooo. Heres why I am giving 1 star: 1. Place is small. Not a lot of running spaces for toddlers. 2. Placement of marry go around is horrible. Right at the end of a slide. Kids try to spin it from the outside by running/pushing from the outside. I saw two incidents of kids hurting themselves by pushing it on the outside. Understaffed employee (2x on-site today) did nothing to stop dangerous behaviors. This is not to mention colliding with smaller kids sliding down the slide right next to it. 3. Manual carousel is another bad decision. Seen kids slipping off the inadequate seats couple times. Moreover. It is placed in the center of the business. Kids are running around and getting bumped by the unoccupied spinning seats. 4. Indoor play ground should be a playground. At least I think it should be. There are a lot more (half working and couple broken) arcades on-site. Was hoping to burn off some energy for the kiddo, instead of another screen-sucker for their eyes. It's not all bad. Went here because it's summer and so hot outside. I wanted to take my daughter to an indoor playground and this place was recommended and close to my house. I made reservations online and already paid. I went there and the lady that worked there was not very kind. She didn't seem very welcoming and was the only person working so maybe they were short staff or seem like she didn't want to be there. When we were taking our shoes off, my toddler said there were ants everywhere. I just hurried her to go inside the play area since I already paid and we're basically already there. When I first went in, I noticed a bunch of arcade games for older kids. Then I noticed lots of the toys they had were broken and they duck taped it back together. Some things like the swings made me nervous like it was going to fall apart. It was also not a clean place. It was also pretty warm in that building (77 degrees). I only gave it 2 stars because my 2 year old daughter still got to run around and play and enjoyed it. They also had a nice bounce house there.
