Dropped off my toddler son while I worked out at a nearby gym. He enjoyed himself and the staff was caring and nice.

Do not take your children there. It is not a good place. The owner does not care about her staff or the kids. She feeds them the bare minimum. You will pay 5 for a dollar mac cup and shebwill cut up 2 chicken nuggets for $5. There are never anything for your kids to do. The yoys are old and broken. The place is dirty and never sanitized. My family and I have been utilizing KidsPark as our impromptu childcare provider for about 5 years. The staff overall are wonderful and attentive! If either my husband or myself have a concern, the owner addresses them quickly (and the problem does not recur). We have, and will continue to refer other parents/caregivers and their little ones. The best concept ever! This place is a gem for Moms with little or no help (like myself). I no longer have to worry about keeping an appt. Or missing a school function for my older child because of lack of babysitter. I tried this place once & my daughter (4) is constantly asking to go back! Very clean, tons of activities, caring & attentive staff, very reasonably priced,... Just wonderful! LOVE the pay-as-u-go concept. No more paying for daycare on days when your child doesn't even attend. Truly hope this place catches on & never leaves!!!! read more

Wanted to get social interaction for my son. He just turned 3. He's slightly on the spectrum in areas of speech and social interaction. I thought a place where I could drop him off for a few hours to be around others kids was great. Upon dropping him off these was no concerns. I explained to the young lady at the front why I wanted him there for a few hours. My sons Speech Therapist opted to drop in on him seeing as the environment was new. And what she basically informed me was the young lady in the back assigned to the kids was rude and lacked patience. My son kept going on the slide and she wanted him to stop because "could not attend to him each time he went on the slide". "He requires too much attention and talking to and I don't have the time for that". Needless to say I was shocked so I went to get my son as soon as his ST called me. Upon arriving there my son was still on the slide and the young lady at the front went to get him. She kept saying to my son "Mom is here come on let's go". She said it about 2x when the young lady in the back said "Just pick him up"! With an annoyance in her tone. And I'm standing there just in disbelief. You are trained to work around kids. But the kids you have to attend to annoys you? The kids that was on their iPad or sitting in a corner playing was ok. But a child where you actually had to work got you upset. Upon getting my child the young lady at the front said "I'll be honest with you, if you're looking for a structured environment this is not the place for your son". I supposed she wanted me to respond to her but the look on my face was one of please hand me my child so I can go. I WOULD NEVER SET FOOT IN THAT PLACE AGAIN. UNPROFESSIONAL AT ITS BEST! read more

Awesome! This place has saved my sanity-! My son gets play time with other kids and I get reliable, safe and "drop-in" care. Caregivers are friendly, environment is fun and they serve meals, or bring your own. So flexible! My son never cries when I leave him here and always has a smile when I pick him up. Very reasonable pricing as well. read more

This place is amazing! I work from home and have an occasional need for childcare. I discovered this place when my son was just 1 year old and I couldn't believe the concept. I don't need to make a reservation and I can just drop him off at any time. The rate is awesome too! He got to interact with different children of all ages and I think this was very positive for his social development. I would pre-pay and KidsPark gives you free credits when you do that so it is even more economical. My son is now 5 and we live about 85% of our time in Chicago. When I do come to Willow Grove and need care, this place is right there for me. I love it and have looked for other places like this across the country. I have found a few but none with the rates and flexibility of Kids Park. Great place! read more

I went to check out this place due to hearing about it through a friend. The concept of this hourly daycare is exactly what I was looking looking for, but I honestly need to warn prospective parents. This place has minimal security, their staff is worn and unhappy, the kids are running rampant, and one kid in particular ran up to me crying his eyes out, snotty nose and a poopy diaper you could smell throughout the entire unclean establishment. This kid was miserable and following us around. The woman who showed me around, Dina, hardly paid him any mind and told him to just go play. He was carrying around a iPad and I decided to give him attention and tried to put something on for him and he was just not having it. The staff continued to do nothing. As I looked around their toys looked dirty and their nap/ quiet area was nothing less than a batting cage. They don't keep track of you child on paper to tell you if they ate or napped or even peed unless you ask them even though the website say differently. It didnt sit well with me and when I went to leave the crying little boy ran after me crying saying "take me with you!". I left crying because it's a shame that this idea of a place wasn't what I expected but also feel so bad for these kids who are ignored and left sitting in their own poop. This place will probably be shut down soon. So to other parents, look elsewhere. read more

Had a birthday party here and it was awful. The party was completely unorganized. The place reeked of dirty diaper as if someone has not changed the trash for a few days. They insisted on me to come up with game ideas. It was so unorganized. I handed out the food myself and set up the place setting. They were really of no help. Only saving grace was that the place was entertaining for the children. I could have thrown a better party for half the price at my own home. I called to complain and was told I would get some type of refund and have yet to see that money. Not really sure how they run as a daycare but would not waste the money on throwing a party here. read more

My husband and I take our kids here occasionally for a spur of the moment date. It's an awesome idea and a decent price. My kids do enjoy going there and my son (5) actually begs to go there. However, on our side of the picture- the care givers aren't overly friendly. They never introduce themselves by name or seem enthusiastic about your child being there. There was one employee that just stared blankly at me when I was talking to her (there were other teachers luckily- wouldn't have left the kids if it was just her). So not sure how they make their hiring choices. Also, the one time they didn't give the children the 3pm snack saying "they were playing". Problem is an 18 month old won't always stop and say they are hungry. So she was there for hours and didn't have anything. We will use them when in a bind but that's about it. Suggestion for the company- hire some enthusiastic, friendly, teachers and pay them enough that they look like they want to be there! Then you will have a winning business! read more

We love it!!!! My kids love it as much as I do. No place can possibly adapt to your schedule better than Kids Park. I often pack their lunches, and in the unlikely event that they are there for dinner time KidsPark serves dinner at 6pm. So even if you plan your day one way and it morphs into something else, you always know the kids are in good hands. For moms with little or no support network this is like an answer to your every prayer. If you have an appointment just drop them off for a few hours. Great for the occasional date night; mommy time, anytime... You decide if you need a few hours, or a few days a week or the whole week. Staff scream at the children, doesn't feed them or forget to feed them. This place has a new staff member every month...never a consistent staff member..mostly young kids and the preschool program is a joke. read more
