When searching for a hotel to stay from coming out of state, we specifically looked for a hotel pool that was indoors. We came here today to find a cloudy and murky, smelling pool that our kids couldn't even swim in. On top of that our room was dirty. Hair in the bathtub, stains on the couch, rips on the blanket, crumbs in the pull out couch & dirty ice in the fridge & the proper bedding not available when we first got here. There was even a toy in our room showing it for sure wasn't looked over. The person working the front desk was professional and kind. But to top it all off, we were told we have to coordinate with Priceline because that is who we booked through. A more professional approach would be to coordinate with Priceline on our behalf given the circumstances. An even more professional environment would be to not have these kind of problems in the first place. Please do better. On a brighter note: staff was super friendly. Breakfast was great and bed as was very comfortable

I've stayed in plenty of hotels, like close to 100 I'm sure. Check in should take maximum 5…read moreminutes. This process, at 9:30pm, was slower than necessary. Not a good first impression. Issues with the key coding machine not working properly was responsible for the delay. But the modern aesthetics of the room were nice, and it was clean. The king suite was large with a sofa coffee table and side table area. Also included was a stocked coffee bar, microwave and mini fridge. An additional side chair near the bed provided ample seating space. I liked the elevated luggage bench so bending over was not required. Modern bedside lights and a lamp in the living area provided plenty of light and plenty of plugs/charging options. Despite the disappointing check in, this hotel was very comfortable.

This is about 50/50. The staff was polite, on the ball with returning calls and emails, organized,…read moreetc. They were even able to provide a photographer after ours had to back out. The day of the wedding, the place looked wonderful. There were a few glitches though and I have a few recommendations: 1. If you have dietary requirements...spell it out exactly and double-check. I asked for a couple of vegan options, and specified steamed vegetablese. The cooks sauteed the veggies in butter. (apparently either misunderstanding or being incorrectly informed). 2. The photographer's assistant managed to piss off most of my family by being so rude. And she actually ARGUED with the photographer, who LET HER. I nearly smacked her with my bouquet out of frustration. 3. Careful with the florist. I had no specifics beyond "orange and purple" and mentioned a few flowers i like and that I wanted a SMALL bouquet. I got one that must have weighed 10 pounds. All the other flowers were great, but mine was gaudy and too heavy to carry. 4. Ask them to leave you food for the reception. I had assumed the coordinators would leave a meal aside for my husband and I. They did not...we had to scrouge up cold scraps at the buffet. 5. Don't let them rush you. They hurried my husband and I through photos, cake, dances, etc. and were busy making memories we were not acutally having. In our dazed state, neither of us were able to say STOP. So have a friend do that for you. Otherwise, you won't get to see people that couldn't stay long and will have 2 hours to kill afterward with half your guests gone. There was NO reason for all the hurrying they did. 6. We had more photos of the DJ than our friends. And those photos we had were all POSED. No candid shots...just a bunch of people saying "cheese". So either get your own photographer or be VERY specific regarding what type of photos you want. Overall, they were very good. But these frustrations the day of the wedding detracted from a pleasant experience.

The people who work here are RUDE! This is a terrible place for weddings and special occasions…read morebecause they will RUSH you through your special moments and then kick you out the door. The worst part was that they really ripped us off!! Weddings are not cheap and the owners buy the cheapest version of things (flowers, candy, food, photographers) and then pocket the money. For example, we spent $200 on a candy bar, which consisted of a few red hots and starbursts and THEN they had the nerve to rip the leftover candy out of our hands when we tried to pack up the leftovers. These people are not classy and this is not the type of place you want to create precious memories!!! Consider yourself warned!!!!!

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! Coach Tony is perfection! The staff is perfection!!!! It smells amazing (I…read moreknow cringe...they have great air fresheners)! I also love that his T/TH classes are based in Christian faith. My son attends training 4 days a week. We travel from Hachie because of how amazing it is. My oldest went from zero interest in basketball to 100% in the summer of 2025. As he is 13 he needed to catch up in a short amount of time. The coaches are just what he needed to buckle down and dig in. My son has improved so much in just 2.5 months. Before that he was in private training in Irving. Not only has his game improved but his attitude! He hustles in all things and isn't entitled like he was. He now realizes things that are worth anything, require hard work and dedication-I give credit to this place for my son being advanced to the highest band in his school midyear...he is percussion so not the easiest task. They're not going to baby you. They are honest, tough, and fair. Which I appreciate. Tell me a hard truth than a pretty lie. If that's not your thing this place won't be for you. If you have the dedication and grit this place will be your happy place!!!

For a recent tournament, not only were they charging entry $25 cash or $30 credit, they also charged $5.75 for card-only parking. The restroom weren't well maintained during the tournament either. They do have a big concession stand and cafe but pricing there is just as high. $10 for a Body Armor water and juice and, $18 for chicken tenders and fries.
