We came here for a child's birthday party…read more It is an impressive place, both visually and in play facilities. It is one huge room with 4 levels of play where they can climb to different levels, like in a jungle. Socks must be worn in the play areas. They cater to children of all ages. There are multiple slides, tunnels, a ball pit, obstacle courses, and a trampoline. At the back there is a soccer area. There are 4 small party rooms for food and cakes. They provide pizza for your parties. There is a snack area and large seating area with a TV (usually showing an aquarium scene). Entry prices range from $8 to $15 depending on age. There are 2 free adult entries per paying child. They have free WiFi. The washroom have little slippers for the children to wear (since they are in socks) but the adults don't have slippers.

Very poor experience with Jungle Land customer service, speaking to a few different people…read more Specially the last call with the owner, they do not care about losing business and very unpathetic. I asked them for an exception, and I know it is an exception, I would have been more understanding if they were being reasonable, more logical, empathetic, and not rude. But, bad customer service sours the full scenario whether it was a yes or no. I told them you are losing business and their response was "actually we are not", clearly they do not care about my business - their policy is inconvenient and I am going to Playtopia next, amazing customer service and cheaper actually. I hope you keep getting business but better your customer service!

I brought my kids here when they were offering one week free admission. We came on a Friday at 4pm…read moreand luckily we didn't have to wait long to be able to get in meanwhile there was a wait list due to full capacity. It was our first time visiting and it certainly didn't disappoint. My kids had a blast! The playground is pretty big with various activities to do. They even have an area of claw machines and an arcade - you can win tickets and redeem for prizes. One thing to mention is finding parking was a bit challenging. They offer party packages but the pricing quite steep in my opinion so I don't think I would consider it. To be honest even the admission is pretty expensive $30 per kid. The playground is nice and clean but I don't think we will be back if that's the price for admission.

This indoor playground is soooo hidden, I never would've found out about it until I tagged along…read morewith my cousin and their baby. Came here on a weekend and there were plenty of parking. My niece is 11 months and they charged $8 (weekend) for the entire day w/ in and out privilege and one adult was free m. Additional adults were $6 (weekend pricing) which isn't so bad compared to other children playground. All children are required to wear grippy socks and adult need to wear regular socks and can also purchase from there for $3. The area is huge! There's a seating area outside in the lobby for those who don't want to go inside and can watch from the outside. There are cubicles to store your shoes. Then inside there's an area for arcade & claw machines for the older children. Bouncy castle, huge playground, and enclosed area for younger kids. There are also plenty of spaces for adults to hang around and a section to buy snacks but seems like it was closed when I was there. I also appreciate them offering slipper for the bathroom cause it was quite wet in the floor. TBH, I wasn't sure what they would have for babies but surprisingly my cousin's 11 month old had a blast! She loved the slides, the wall with the sticks (not sure what they're called), and crawling around in the playground. I feel like they depend more on parent supervision as there was only 2 people working/supervising the area. Overall, fun place for kids!

We visited on a Saturday in December and it was quite busy, with a birthday party going on as well. You can literally walk through the entire experience in less than 5 minutes. There are tons of white drums with slime and kinetic sand throughout the space, 2 slingshots (you have to roll up a small ball of slime and sling it at the 'volcano', then there was a small ball pit, a slime pit (it's solid slime, so you're really just walking on top of slime, not into it), an enclosed area with black light for the glow-in-the-dark slime experience and finally (for a surcharge) you can get slime poured on top of you (cover you up with a plastic raincoat). Regular admissions is $24.99 The Works is $42.99 (you get slimed) Both of these admission include a 6oz slime to take home (you choose the colour, scent and sparkles). Adults can enjoy the experience at well, the price is $12.99, but you don't get to make slime. My kids are 6yo and 7yo and the novelty of it all wore off within 10 minutes. The best part was customizing your own slime and mixing it together. For that price, I would've like to see more stations. Most of the slime in the drums were hard, like a soft Playdoh rather than the slimy stretchy slime. I think this is a place that I would only take my kids once. It was really looking forward to it opening, but I think they need to rethink what other offerings they can provide.

Everything was really organized for the party and the kids had a great time. Staff were also kind to the kids. A few of them were even brave enough to "get slimed". It was a fun day! My only reco would be to add a washroom within the area (versus using the washroom in the food court). Thanks for a great experience!
