THE BEST FURNITURE STORE IN OHIO...!!!…read more We drive 2 hours each way to Andrea's from Columbus. It is worth every second in the car. This is the best furniture store in Ohio - huge selection, great style, friendly people, honest, the best prices anywhere, and free delivery. Andrea's has furnished most of our home. Note - although the store is in the town of Sugar Creek, right near Amish Country, this is a normal mainline furniture store with a selection comparable to the best stores in Cleveland, Columbus, Cincinnati or Pittsburg. This is not an Amish furniture store. And I HAVE NOT been able to beat their prices - anywhere - and I have tried. They have had the best price on every single item I have comparison shopped... every single item. If you're redecorating a room or your whole house, ask for Melinda, their in-house designer. She is phenomenal to work with... Andrea's is worth the drive - I promise.

The fantastic prices make Andreas an exceptional value and when you factor in the high quality brands with unequaled service after the sale and you'll be hard pressed to find an equal. We don't have an upholstered piece of furniture in our home that did not come from Andreas. Some of those are over 20 years old including a Family Room sofa. The sales staff is helpful lending their expertise in design and fabric choices. Recently we had Andreas service a nearly five (5) year old purchase. It was handled promptly and without question under warranty. The service tech, Clete, is a gift and knows what he is doing. Outstanding service!! Andreas is well worth the drive to experience this furniture store.

Everything arrived in perfect condition and we couldn't have been happier! It was exactly how we had envisioned it! The delivery company they used was fantastic too! Amazing craftsmanship and customer service from Sonny was second to none! He's a very pleasant and friendly guy and welcomes everyone to his store. They have a huge amount of furniture to pick from, but their showroom only displays a small portion of it. Everything is completely customizable with your choice of wood, stain, hardware, number of drawers, and any dimension can be changed to fit your needs! They have catalogs you can browse through, along with wood stain samples so you can see what each looks like to help you decide. We went with hard maple furniture with Rich Tobacco stain and we love it! Rock hard, solid wood that will last us a lifetime! Thank you, Sonny. We placed an order with Schlabach furniture in August, 2021 with an estimated delivery date of 9 months (June 2022) and put down our 25% deposit. When we didn't hear from them by June 2022 we emailed them with no reply and tried calling them multiple times over many weeks and never received a call back. Finally in October, 2022 I drove over 2 hours each way to try to find out what was going on. There was no one there that could even find the order or tell me the status and was told Daniel would call me back that day. I never heard from Daniel. I then filed a claim with the Ohio Better Business Bureau, but since Schlabach Furniture never responded to their inquiries the claim was closed. I then filed a claim with the Ohio Attorney General's office but Schlabach Furniture never responded to their inquiries and again the claim was closed in April 2023. The only action left would be to take Schlabach Furniture to small claims court but that is not worth it since it would be more expensive to go that route than the value of the deposit.

We went to visit Yoder's Oak & Cherry and were greeted by the owner Marvin Yoder. He is very knowledgeable, helpful and patient. We picked out the style, wood type and colors we wanted and he made everything to our exact measurements. We love our furniture. It is well made and exactly what we ordered. The cost was equivalent to the lesser quality furniture the local store was offering. Finally, the company Yoder's Oak & Cherry uses to delivery the furniture, JDB Transport, was fantastic. They delivered the furniture at the stated time, carried everything inside and assembled the different pieces. The young made who delivered the furniture could not have been nicer.
