They have good vibes. I have been very uneasy about choosing daycare again because you just never know. I love my child and I want the best for him. I think I got the best with this daycare. This is just his first week so I will follow up this review in a couple weeks and I hope to have an even better experience then. One thing that made me feel good about leaving him with the daycare is the teacher immediately got to eye level and spoke to him. She took time to introduce herself to us. And when we were leaving I saw her guide my child to the group of kids and sit with him. Patting him on the back and reassuring him so that he was comfortable. You can't fake compassion and this did it for me. I can tell he likes the teachers so far as he didn't burst out crying when I arrived. Kids have a way of communicating what they need for you to know and I know the signs to look for. I can't wait to see how his day was today. You always get greeted at the door as you come in, all of the teachers acknowledge the kids even if they are in a different class. The teachers are in good moods all day, the kids are always busy, and the tricycle rally was so fun for my little ones. The facility is clean, tucked back, not next to apartments which always weirds me out a bit. Wish they offered meals and wish there was a covered drop off area where you can get the kids out when it is raining. The staff is well lead, the director is kind and honest, the owners love the school, it's a great, non-elitist, comfortable place to teach your kids.

I love the fact that A Place to Grow incorporates crafts for the 2s and unders as well! I love a cute craft even if it's just scribbles. One of the biggest pluses is that they do not force my child to nap. They provide the opportunity and calm time and if my child decides not to nap there is a separate play area with other children. They are also super affordable! All good things said, if you are looking for a daycare facility that sends constant updates via an app and provides you a video feed - this place is not for you. Personally, I don't want those things and I'm paying less than other facilities that provide these features.

My son recently had to get stitches due to a head injury here, which was the final straw. I still dont understand what happened. Just keep looking.
