With the help of Andrea at Ready Set Rent, it was an easy choice to book the one hundred folding chairs for our family guests. Andrea and her assistant, Alex(pictured with me) delivered the chairs and also picked them up the following day. Andrea has such a bright and friendly personality, which is such a rarity in any service driven business. I am also a veteran owned & operated local business owner. Andrea provided excellent customer service by returning my messages promptly to confirm delivery/pick-up information. I would definitely call on Ready Set Rent for our next family event and you should to! Note: The photos reflect their black folding chairs, covered with a white cover by our event planner.

I tested the one unit at home before the event and it worked. I knew enough of how to connect cables from one unit to the other as directed with a sticker on the back of the speakers. At the party I could only get one of the two speakers to work - I could not get the second speaker to connect to the first one. I had a reunion party to get moving and could not spend all night hoping to get the second unit working or deal with hoping someone in the company would call me. Zoe Rentals should have provided directions and tested the units with me when I was at the store asking for help to ensure the units worked versus no help at all. When I did speak to someone, she had no clue what the problem was and said someone at the store could have helped - WRONG! No one was there to help. Very disappointed. Stick to chairs and tables.

We rented round tables, chairs, pretty linens, glassware, coffee urns and banquet equipment, and it was beyond our expectations. All items were delivered clean, tidy and in excellent condition. The delivery gang came on time, unpacked with great care and ensured that we were all supplied with all the items before they departed. They were immediately professional and made us feel at ease. The reception was beautifully done, with high-quality linens, gorgeous chairs and tables in place. Post-wedding pickup was as seamless and convenient. They really did a great job making our special day so memorable, and many of the guests appreciated the setup. I highly recommend DC Party Rental Supplies to anyone looking to have a party of any size.

Worst customer service!!!!…read more I had a very disappointing experience with this company. The customer service was unprofessional, and the whole process felt unnecessarily difficult. They seemed unhappy when I declined some of the services and explained that they couldn't accommodate my setup. They also said delivery would be left at the pickup street rather than directly in front of the building, which was frustrating. Their pricing and pickup arrangements were confusing, and the invoice was just a basic spreadsheet!! The way everything was handled made me uncomfortable, so I decided to choose another company. I regularly organize parties, and based on this experience, I wouldn't consider using them again!!!

How about a fountain, a cotton candy machine, raffle machine, chairs or tables. Yep, they got that too. The place's customer service sets it apart from other rental joints. It has a small parking lot and a small customer lobby. They had 3 people working the counter when I was there, so there was not a long wait, if any, to check out. If you are ever in need of renting some equipment, I highly recommend checking this place out. They have competitive prices, nice equipment, and the best staff.

My plumber met me there and one of the employees produced the contract. $150 for the deposit and $62 for a four hour rental, they also offered $6.18 for insurance. I declined. Backed my car up to the service area and a young fellow loaded it into my car. Even offered a cover to lay it on. Got to my house and snaked the pipe out. But during the job we noticed that the auto switch was broken so I had to use my keys to leverage the switch on. And then halfway through reeling the snake back into the coil the drive belt started slipping. So the plumber had to manually pull the snake back out. So when I returned it we informed the sales associate. He then offered a %15 discount, but my plumber wanted more. So I settled with and the rental ended up being $9 dollars less at $55. Overall wasn't too bad an experience. Good customer service! And they have a wide variety of rental needs on site.

Carlyle was a pleasure to deal with, prices were great, quality of the tables and chairs were great, and best of all he was so reliable. He arrived a bit before our contracted time, moved the tables and chairs into the event room, and arrived precisely on time to collect everything at the end.
