Only giving a 1 because I can't leave a 0! Don't send your child here! Staff is very rude and have…read moreproblems with parents who ask about their child's day! They forgot to feed my infant son breakfast. Toys were filthy! Not washed. New staff was inconsiderate and had horrible attitude. Kids hardly had toys to play with. Only same 3 toys on floor each day. Would not recommend if it was the only option available.

This place was great. Our son was fortunate to go here. Their teachers- Miss Dolly, Miss Charity -…read morewere great teachers! They definitely helped us out to get our son better, they gave us great tips - they were very considerate and honest about him. I almost felt like it was a one to one teaching method - because at the end of the day they could tell me almost all the details on what he was doing. Every day they have some studying to do -they would draw , learn how to cut shapes, learn colors, alphabet, how to write his name and so on. The pay is a bit pricey - we paid $165 a week, plus they would have lunch box days - when you will need to bring your own lunch, and pizza days, where you would need to bring couple bucks extra. But they have a lot of fun there. One thing I was not a big fan about is that on Fridays was kind of their lazy day - they would watch a lot of TV and barely do any work - which is i think not right, because then we should be paying less for that day too, but again - its just from my sons words, so he might have been axcelarating. But I did get no class work from him on Fridays 9maybe like 1 page). And the other thing - they kept writing their name every single day - like there was nothing else to write ))) I mean, its good, but I could tell my child was getting bored of that, so he would just refuse writing it lol. Otherwise it is a very good place to go - they are very clean. VERY responsible - and super nice people. My child loved them , that should tell you something (comparing to that "Second Home" daycare :(( )

The whole center looks amazing, the teachers are so polite and sweet. We love Ms Bri, Ms Hollie Ms Turquoise and Ms Erika. We always love coming in to get our kids, everyone is so welcome, they answer all our questions and concerns we love the sproutAbout app and the camaras.

I'm writing this review because I wished a parent did 4+ years ago before I enrolled my children…read morehere. I'm embarrassed to say they've stayed this long. Out of the 4+ years they have attended, we have been through 6 Directors and 25+ teachers. There was a time when I almost pulled them, but Director Lea came on board along with some outstanding teachers. Some she hired and some that were long time employees that made this place a decent daycare. Those days are LONG GONE! Corporate greed by La Petite hiking tuition to 500+ a week for 2 kids, Reoccurring hidden summer and Registration fees!Asking parents for toy and book donations was a major red flag with what they were charging! After Ms. Lea, Ms. Turquoise, Ms.Toya and a few others departed, this location went into the dumps FAST! I should have pulled my kids when Ms. Lea and the others left. Since then, it's been a downhill spiral with overcrowded classrooms, insane teacher to student ratio's and Directors NEVER being in the main office answering phones/doors and worsening food quality. I contacted Director Chanel Acosta on matters that pertained to my child and through the conversation, I inquired on decisions being made and as to why they were being made without documentation. Director Chanel Acosta pointed out that she had only been there 1.5 months and stated that the teachers had not been documenting incidents per policy correctly. Yea.....you read that right. I further questioned her decision making and wanted to see incident reports for my child. From there, Director Chanel Acosta unnecessarily escalated the conversation with her uncontrollable attitude and became very emotionally unstable. She was unprofessional by raising her voice with ugly tone, rudely cutting me off from talking and attempted to manipulate the situation by invoking arguments. I refused to partake and quickly realized I wasn't going to get anywhere with this sorry excuse for a Child Care worker. I requested a meeting with her and her supervisor. Not only did she refused, she accused me of the very things she did herself to further gaslight the situation! I informed her that wasn't accurate at all and reminded her the conversation was on a recorded line and that I would file a formal complaint for her being unprofessional and lying. After refusing to engage in an unproductive argument that she attempted to start, I requested for her supervisor to contact me before the end of day (highly doubt she passed that info on). In retaliation Director Chanel Acosta dis enrolled both of my children without warning and after I had already paid for the week. Her supervisor has not contacted me nor reimbursed us for the rest of the week. Now we are without child care for the rest of the week all based on lies. Customer service is a joke here and it's almost impossible to get ahold of corporate with this company. Don't walk, RUN away from this place and their emotionally unstable inept Director Chanel Acosta. Almost 5 years and this is how we are treated by La Petite. Director Chanel Acosta's desk needs to relocated outside and 40ft to the left (dumpsters) to match her reprehensible attitude, unethical moral behavior and mental instability. Your children are not safe here under her supervision and they are not valued as they deserved to be, but instead seen as dollar signs. The only silver lining, is that I found a quality daycare center closer to us, that turned out much cheaper with way better ratings. Worked out for us in the end. I wouldn't allow my kids back to La Petite if tuition was free! That speaks volumes to Director Chanel Acosta's immoral and unethical character and La Petites dreadful reputation. I predict a swift exit soon, hopefully she is fired instead of allowed to resign like ex Director Karrie Hull and Kari Watts. Boy do I have stories about them. Don't report issues to La Petite they will sweep everything under the rug. Report to Tx Health and Human Services.
