I had to return a unopened unused product which would only give me store credit anyways per their return policy. And the employee 'helping me' treated me like I did something wrong. Upon being promised it was new, I was still unconvinced. I drove home annoyed that I was made to feel like a fool 25 weeks pregnant too!! Then I noticed the 2 car seats are different, different head rests, different fonts on the brand writing etc. I went back to ask what was going on. I got told over and over that they are still the same. As you could appreciate I wanted them to match for my twins. The owner (used car salesman), did not apologise or offer any compensation. Just said we could order more and we could come back. I was then furious, feeling really cheated so I asked for a refund and left. Iv since found he was selling really old models for the same price across the street. Taking advantage of pregnant women and thinking we are stupid. Not happy. Highly DO NOT recommend.

This small but fully-stocked store is just bursting at the seams with elegant French inspired candles stands, cushions, glassware and barware, vases, lamps, scented add-ons and decadent homeware for the classic lover in you. KoKo Lane also has a wide range of Vintage style wine racks, Venetian style mirrors and elegant furniture pieces to complement your décor scheme with. The only thing that puts me off however (you might have a different experience) is the lady at the store can be a little grumpy. The wide array of eye candy and stylish home accessories however will be more than enough to keep you occupied enough. My advice is to browse slowly, taking in all the products and when you are ready to buy, proceed to the counter to ask for help. If you have the privilege of being served by the man who works there, you'll be pleasantly surprised at his thoughtful gift wrapping service and eagerness to help. They stock a lot of brands that I love and I could buy the whole shop there. The stuff are really really exxy though but I found a beautiful doggie pants for Hangry Piglet and a few little gifts for our friend's baby's one month celebration.
