I waited a year to write this review because I want to make a fair and honest assessment that might…read morebe valuable to others. Key things that are a bare minimum for me as a first time mom in a child care facility is that my child is safe and cared for properly. What I got was way more than I can imagine. My child is LOVED by her teachers, cared for by all staff members, and she is thriving! When she started, she had a difficult time adjusting. I watched her teachers Ms. Megan, Ms. Cecile, Ms. Teresa put in EFFORT & TIME to help her adjust, make her feel safe to where now she runs off without a care in the world. There are no words to describe the amount of gratitude I have for that type of love and care. As she moved up in her Toddler class, I watched Ms. Madison, Ms. Genieve, Ms. Alyssa, teach my daughter songs, manners, show her such love. Such love that she tells them she loves them as she leaves their class and talks about them at home. These are examples of how great the teachers there are! Make no mistake that no preschool is perfect and there can/will be issues, but anytime I have a concern, I am welcome the opportunity to discuss and and it is addressed. I explained with management that it is important that we work together because we view this as a partnership since VRA plays a key role in my child's life. Working with Brian, Jane, Elaine on expectations have been great and again we are honestly thrilled to have found VRA. This review is long overdue, but the peace of mind, love, and care that the staff at VRA have provided my family and my child is priceless. And for that, we thank you!

Nice clean facility. Teachers are awesome. The only problem is the lack of communication between…read moreDirector, Staff and Parents regarding the School Age children. I have been experiencing my child missing School due to the lack knowledge which I was given three different times that students should be there by Daycare Staff regarding morning drop offs. Aswell as experiencing my child being left when we were on time. When I asked the Director about it I was told, "Well we didn't have that many kids this morning so the bus left early". This I find to be completely unacceptable!! There needs to be 1 specific time that should be told to Parents. Regardless of how many kids. Buses should leave at the same time everyday and that time should be told enforced and remain the same everyday regardless of how many children are present. Other than that, it is a wonderful facility and I would definitely recommend (which I have) I bragged about the Daycare so much my neighbors children go there now aswell. Incredible facility just needs to work on time schedule for the Van for the School Aged Children.

Their leadership team is second to none and it speaks volumes to me that every other daycare these days deals with teacher turnover issues but KRK has teachers there for 8, 10, 12 years all the time. Their curriculum and structure is incredible - our Pre K son is doing the same things at KRK that our Kinder son is doing in public school. We have tried several daycares over the years as we've moved, etc and KRK is truly the absolutely best by a long shot. We are so happy there!
