I loved their selection of clothing, they had the perfect mix of classic, unique, and silly. I can't speak highly enough about the staff as well, they were friendly, knowledgeable, and an overall joy to work with. You never know until you know then you can get the shoe to help your gait. For me my ankle pronates in when I step so need a well padded inner sole shoe. The staff identified that in the Brooks brand the Adrenaline was best for me. Ever since I have always got the same shoe and never have foot pain. As far as this store it is large comparatively to competitors lots of clothes, socks, night light type equipment. You are free to step outside and run in parking lot with the shoe you are trying to decide on. Running shoes are pricey IMO but considering how much time you spend on your feet it is money well spent.

I have never had a proper foot/shoe fitting before and had just tried on what feels best in store, but after having them look at my feet, they kindly pointed out two shoes - one which I had tried on before and didn't love, and the second one which I had never heard of. Welp, the issue was solved when they let me know the ones I had previously tried on my own were too narrow and I needed Wide shoes. The shoes they provided were excellent. Even though I took nearly an hour deciding on which pair to get, I ended up getting both shoes since they both felt great. The person helping me did so for about the first 20 or so minutes and then allowed me to explore them on my own since there was a line of people needing to be fit. I went again this week and received the same great service as I did before. They helped my wife get fitted and choose shoes and she has not stopped raving about how impressed she was with the service and shoe quality she got. They did have shoes on sale, just not the style or type we were looking for. They even had plenty of running clothes on sale. Both of us stand on our feet for 8-12 hours a day, and these shoes will help us stay comfortable and energized. I will definitely be coming back every time I need a new pair of running shoes or if I'm looking for something a little extra in the realm of running.

Wow! I was so disappointed with the service that I did not receive today at Oops! A man who seemed to be a regular customer was engaging in conversation with the store manager and the other female during his transaction. When I stepped up to the counter I said "Hello," and stated that I was ready to checkout. Both females behind the counter acted as if they did not hear me, and continued the conversation with the long since paid customer, so I walked out. I came back into the store to discover that they were still engaged in the same conversation. I told the cashier, who happened to be the manager that I did not appreciate the way I was ignored. The other female got an attitude. I told them that I made a special trip to the store to shop and I didn't appreciate being ignored. She snatched to top off the counter and I asked for the corporate office contact information. I asked the clerk for her name and she scribbled something on the back. A customer did apologize for the situation. I was there to have the same experience as the person who they were ignoring me for!!!

Upon entrance, the staff was very helpful in potentially pointing me in the right direction. I told them what I was looking for and they immediately searched through their database to see if they could show off some pieces. As I looked through some of their clothes, they came to me with some of the pieces that matched what I was in search of. Unfortunately, they weren't really a match but I kept shopping anyway. I ended finding a couple shirts that I really liked. I was able to try the clothes on to see if the fit was good. I decided to go ahead and purchase two shirts. I was all in about $50 for two shirts, but the prices can range heavily based on which themes of clothing, especially winter clothing. When checking out, the owner was very kind in talking with me. He even gave me some other shop recommendations more local to me up in Charlotte. They sent me on my way with a solid tote bag and some stickers. The personal touch is always so refreshing to see in a world where some much shopping is done online. I'm so glad I found this place and I look forward to returning when I'm in need of some more shirts.
