Although the restaurant was very busy, service was fast, very friendly, and the store was very clean. The crepes were delicious. For being a little shop, in the center of a tourist village, inundated by visitors, Crêperie du Vieux Pressoir in Riquewihr really shows a what a tourist-related business can be, when operated correctly. Five full-shooting Stars, well done, Highly Recommended.

Ravishingly yummy. Creamy and light at the same time, such richness of flavour. Crêpe coated in dark chocolate and homemade caramel, even the whipped cream is far better than what I got at Christmas market. Those crêpes are just superb. My vocabulary fails me. As a family restaurant, the atmosphere and decoration are all warm and fluffy. The owners are friendly and helpful, good service. Worths the price! A plus: they also have menu in German.

Luckily, Crép 'Stub location was ideal. It has a quaint little sitting area and the selection is varied. We opted for ham & cheese and banana flambéed with grand marnier. Their savory crepe had a different batter than the sweet crepe. Flavor wise it was adequate. One wish I had was to mix the two. They charged us 10 CHF per music session, we were there for 2 music sessions. I don't mind the charge but I wish they let us know beforehand that there was a charge for music. Must-get: croque madam or croque monsieur Don't get: savory crepes but the sweet ones are better When to go: find out from their website when there will be live music playing! Other tips: the crepes were kind of soggy. I usually prefer it to be crispier since there's usually fruit, chocolate, cheese or something else to make it soft. So, if you don't want it to be too soft, ask them to crisp up the crepe more.
Starting a grey day + waiting for shops to open is less painful when you do it in French atmosphere with home baked madeleines.
