It was quick and baby was latching on better right after. Also my newborns primary Dr. Maulino is very knowledgeable and kind. She is able to answer all of our questions and concerns which helps me feel more at ease and less stressed. Also the receptionists and MAs are amazing as well! They are all very kind and quick to help you check in and book your next appointments if they aren't busy. The clinic is very clean and tidy inside and There's plenty of parking too. If you're searching for a pediatric clinic, look no further because this place is filled with amazing workers! Also, if you know someone who has a child that needs a tongue tied procedure done, hit up this clinic and ask for Lourdes. She is able to help you. Thanks Pediatric Medical Center of Sacramento Group!!!

Super slow and inefficient. I showed up to my son's appointment at 10:40 am. I asked at 10:55 when we will be seen, and I was informed that they had two patients ahead of me--this is all despite the fact that I made the appointment months in advance! We weren't seen until about 30 minutes after the scheduled appointment. It took ANOTHER 30 minutes to be seen after my son's vitals were taken by the nurse. It just seems like they just stack appointments like that just to make more money. Unfortunately, this provides a less holistic approach to care because doctors don't have time to see their patients and it keeps patients waiting. Please be more mindful of people's time!

Once, when I was busy with the kids, he called me three times just to make sure that I went to the right place to have the blood test done for my twins because they have jaundice. The next day, he called me again just to make sure if I had the blood test for the kids. After he checked the results, he called us and informed us about the results, which was something to make us calm because we were worried about the kids I'm very satisfied with this doctor, and I recommend him for your kids

One of our daughters experienced a very complex medical issue that landed us in the hospital with multiple admissions. We felt like we were left on our own to navigate this very difficult time. She had chronic respiratory issues and there were times I asked for multiple referrals to further investigate what was wrong with her. It felt like it was an inconvenience to send those instead being open to investigating all options. We often felt shrugged off. In the end, the specialty that diagnosed her problem was the referral that he didn't want to send. One of the times when we were in the PICU with our daughter, he came in and told us we should stop using her home pulse ox on her foot. I truly believe that thing saved her and actually ended up providing helpful information as she was aspirating and would drop into the 70's in her sleep. What a truly inappropriate time to even bring that up to very scared parents. We have since been into the office for an unrelated issue with the NP. There was concern of possible strep. A rapid swab was done as well as throat culture but the culture was never sent. I sent the provider 2 messages to follow up and she never responded. Super frustrating experience.
