We have an odd counter top extension that sort of hung out at a weird angle, we did not use and took up an entire room of the house (it is a small house). It was becoming a place for accumulating junk. This project required that they cut off a section of granite countertop and detach the extension from the floor. Then they trimmed the granite to a new length it so that they could reposition it with a CLEAN SEAM. It looks great and now I have more usable counter top space for cooking, the kids have a counter to sit at for breakfast and we have an extra room in the house. I had originally contacted four different contractors for my project and had one week to decide who and what to do before I head back to SF. Out of the four, 2 could not properly communicate in English and the third one was trying to sell me things I didn't even need. Nick called the day before to confirm our appointment and showed up on time which is very important to me. He listened to what I wanted and then suggested some ideas that I didn't even think of. Then he explained the permitting process which seems to be a big deal in Florida and what we needed to obtain permits. He even gave me the name and address of a local supply house where I could get my cabinets, countertops, tiles, and fixtures. He provided me with a proposal within 48 hrs (just like he said) and his prices were in line with the others. Needless to say, I choose his company and headed back home. On the day of the deliveries, the delivery companies would not deliver the material upstairs to my condo unit, so his guys stopped their work and delivered the stuff upstairs.(he didn't even charge me for it!). He kept me updated on the progress of the project and sent me weekly pictures. There were a few issues that came up after the demolition but he explained them in detail, gave me an estimate on the additional costs, and asked if it was ok to proceed. When he was finished, I was ecstatic as I could not believe how nice the kitchen and bathrooms had turned out. This guy exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend him to anyone who is thinking of doing a remodeling project.

During the initial consultation, I was chatting with the assistant and he confirmed that not only could they reface my kitchen cabinets... they would love to help me replace my antiquated carpet for updated vinyl flooring. The quote for cabinets AND new floors was basically the same amount that the national cabinet chain had quoted me for just the kitchen?? They were very accommodating with creating invoices that my HOA would greenlight, and met the requirements for soundproofing my second floor unit. The technicians kept updated on all processes from consultant to appointment. The owner met with me the day before to aussage my concerns about what I needed to move or not move , to accommodate the process . I didn't want to create any unnecessary movements or furniture displacement for my technician!! They checked in with me via text throughout each day and sent video at the end of each session to communicate on the progress! They finished my 2BR condo in less than 3 days! I am beyond happy with the results! My unit looks and feels so much bigger with my beautiful new floors. It is exactly what I was looking for and then SOME!!! I took the rest of the day off and waited for them, but they never came. At the very end of the day Brian texted me to say that he couldn't get there. This cost me half a days loss of income. At around 5:30 pm same day he texted again, saying he would do the job for $500 without seeing the job personally, because he had enough information from the initial pictures I provided. However ,the next day he asked me to compose a video with detailed spoken instruction of what I wanted done. More time wasted and extremely aggravating because I then had to edit the video for over an hour just to be able to send it via text message because apparently the video was too long to be able to send. After all this he retracted his $500 estimate He instructed me to go ahead and do it with someone else. It should be noted that Brian was polite and well spoken but regrettably this interaction wasted my time and fell far short of my expectations. My belief is that it had more to do with the owner Augustin, who was disengaged in this communication and seemed to change his mind several times. Very unfortunate and Not the way to get my business.
