When we took the ring to a master jeweler they told us that the rectangular stone that had fallen out had been placed in a ring that was designed for a round stone, he was surprised it stayed in as long as it did. We brought the ring back to O'neal's and they told us, "there is nothing they can do". I asked if they would work with us at all and they said no. We didn't negotiate them down on the ring initially, we were easy customers and we love to promote people that are good to deal with. I would never ever recommend doing business with this jeweler, actually it reflects on their entire business.
