Uhhh I don't even know where to start, the pictures down below is my receipt/ I placed the order online. 3 tenders meal and 2pc deal which is a drum and a thigh. First off the coleslaw was wrong size. I paid for the small size not the ones that come on the side. It came in the side size. The thigh and drum breading was wet coming off like it was old chicken and reheated . The lid of the drink? Y does it look like that. Oh and it looks like it's 3 tenders and one extra wing popped in there... yeah no it was two wings and 1 very skinny dry and overcooked tender and other one idk I couldn't even eat my food. Money wasted. I love kfc but this is my first time ordering from this location because the other one closed at 10. The crew is always friendly and polite , and try to make up if ever out of what I want or need , i always have delicious food , the staff is always cleaning when I go into order ! they always help and suggest the cheapest way possiable , very welcoming and always make me smile . I do have to say they do handle the rude custimers with respect and polite, I witness one time I was there they tried very hard to make the customer happy, but the customer just got very aggressive and lucky the young lady kept her composure and just kept explaining the policy to them . read more

The prices are sky high and the consistency of flavor of the chicken varies as they fail to change out the cooking oil sometimes. I've had chicken that was tasty, and chicken that tasted like last months old cooking grease. Some employees are very kind when you're going thru the drive thru...some not so compassionate. read more

I stopped by here to get a small meal to take with me to a reunion picnic since I couldn't make anything homemade and I got a good meal. The clerk at the drive thru window saw I was from California and asked what brought me here. When I said it was for a Franklin High reunion she got animated and said that was where she goes! Considering I was in a neighboring suburb, that was a coincidence. I asked for a 2 pc meal but discovered later they gave me, and charged me for, a 3pc. Oh well, only a dollar more I think and I shared the third piece with someone who was hungry later so it worked out. The friend I'm staying with said her family no longer patronizes that location because they once had a large order get messed up and were given a hard time about it even tho it was the clerk's fault. They ended up just getting a refund after being given grief and won't go back there. I didn't know that but went there because it was only a couple of blocks from her house. I suppose I would go back, though I have since found places with much better chicken, like the Mr. Chicken on Plymouth Rd in Livonia. 100911 read more

Update from yesterday's trip to kfc, s Wayne Rd, Westland mi. Took the receipt to get a refund. He wouldn't refund but redid the order after I asked for the contact information for the general manager and/or the owner. I had pictures and a snapshot of how long I was on the phone after they answered and sat it down,20 minutes, before I hung up. As a black man I always get the most rude black women who are probably 25 and under just always acting entitled, and have the worse attitudes. This KFC constantly has women here cutting you off before you can ask a question, or tell them what you want without them getting an attitude. You can't see the menu during night shift cause the sign if off, and probably too lazy to turn it on. I'm not a rude person I respect all people in this industry cause I know how difficult it is. I had to pull off because of the attitude of the lady who takes the orders on night shift on Friday's. Ordered an 8 piece nugget with Ranch. Checked my order before I left the drive thru. No ranch and only 7 nuggets. Looked in the window to get their attention and the guy was eating with his hands/fingers. That guy just handled my food. Well first off, I made the cashier aware there was not a single clean table in the restaurant and there was trash everywhere on the floor. The young man (David) immediately came out to address the issue. His "manager" tyrell yelled at him telling him to "get back behind the damn counter or else" and "he don't give a damn if it's dirty". He continued to harass the young man for no reason that I could tell. The boy seemed to be doing a very good job to make his food orders, run the register and trying to clean the restaurant by himself. Anyways, we arrived at 7:24 pm. The line had a few people in front of us and by the time we ordered our food it was 7:43 pm. We didn't receive the food until 8:07 pm. I'm not sure what part about kfc is considered fast food. The manager literally just stood by the window the majority of the time we were there and it wasn't until the lobby was full that he started helping bag food. By the time we ordered our food it was Hayward at the register and he missed the Mac and cheese bowl I ordered which really bummed me out but by the time I got the food 25 minutes later and finally received my receipt (after I requested it) I realized he didn't add it to my order. Tee offered for me to wait but I was so fed up I just left with my food. You really need to figure out a new manager situation because tyrell was being an ass to his employees. Making sarcastic comments and treating that kid David like he was a damn slave. Also, it speaks mountains that your receipts don't have a phone number to call corporate. KFC just lost my business. At least from this location. I am very disappointed and hope someone reading this corrects that locations mistakes. And now realizing you can't type a long review. Horrible service. They told me a pot pie would take 18 minutes. It took 25. Meanwhile, they were content to give me the dinner I had ordered at the same time as the pot pie after it had been sitting there for those 25 minutes, until I asked four times if that was really what they were planning to do. After waiting in drive thru for 15 mins, someone asked me what I ordered because she was confused. I told her what my order was and they only gave me half of it. They didn't ring me up for the wedges that I wanted. I couldn't tell on the receipt because it seems like the ink was out so I went inside. After going inside, I waited an extra 20 minutes (very slow for being fully staffed) and I finally asked about our missing wedges. They said no one rang it up and I said okay can we just get it because we waited for 30 minutes, and the lady just looked at me and then walked away (after rolling her eyes at me). Food always taste beyond amazing but the drive-thru workers are always VERY rude and snobby. And they always close earlier then the time that they are supposed too. Also, they clean poorly. I have literally driven up to this establishment asked for chicken and numerous times been turned away. Told that they (A KFC) is out of chicken. SO MAKE MORE! I respect your polite response, but to clarify; the window clerk didn't say, "we are making more sir, it shouldn't take too long, if you would like to wait." I was told straight up that "We are out of chicken....sorry," and turned away. But because you took the time to respond back and be polite about it; I'll give the store another shot. read more

The fried chicken is the usual KFC fare, but it's never ready when you are. I've been there multiple times for some KFC and they always say it's going to be a 5 to 15 minute wait. There seems to be enough traffic to keep chicken ready and the chicken we get isn't particularly fresh or crispy, so I have a little problem with that. Sometimes I go to the Garden City KFC and get back home faster than waiting for this one. Go figure, 2 stars on the service! read more

Went to the Drive threw last week, guy over PA system was very rude and treated me like trash. He said they had no Mt. Dew, but I let that one slide. I Ordered tender meal with a single original breast added on. Get to the window and paid for my meal, while waiting the guy says no original breast and it's an 18 minute wait. I immediately File a complaint, and the Manager calls within 2 days saying to come back to his KFC and they will give me a free tender meal/breast. So I go today, ordered same thing, just paid for my meal (which I could use the free meal but didn't, and they finally had the Mt. Dew working they said), so waiting, the cashier hands me my drink. Says ice isn't working. Like wtf!! The manager did his thing by calling at least/reimbursing me my meal for next time, but this is completely Unreal, and worst KFC ever, complete trash.
