We waited quite a while for someone to even acknowledge our presence and when we were finally greeted it was by Trinity. As I gave my order, asking for no cheese on my burger and no cheese on my salad, she behaved like I was an inconvenience to her. After paying I looked at the receipt and realized she had charged me for a full salad and not a half like I had asked for; not a big deal. But when our food was finally ready I saw cheese on my salad and told her that I didn't want cheese on my salad. They called in a remake and I figured I better check the hamburger as well; sure enough there was cheese on that too! When the remakes finally arrived Trinity looked at me and said, "You should have told me when you ordered." Really?!? I mentioned it multiple times when I ordered the hamburger and when I ordered the salad. Obviously she was too inconvenienced by my ordering food that she couldn't listen in the first place and then had the nerve to blame me for her mistake. The salad was fresh and I enjoyed the food- just wish the place was cleaner and had staff that didn't blame the customers for their lack of service.

I find that unacceptable especially for a manager. I feel like some type of action should be taken for how she was freely allowed to say such things about a paying customer.
