Who is my second pulse about this store in Stroudsburg on Main Street? The owner claimed that he was going to reimburse me with four chicken mashed potatoes bowls when I went to claim them last night his so-called assistant manager I don't know if it was or if it was actually the older, but at this point, I don't care I saw roaches on the floor when I walked in, pointed out to the person that told me to get the blank blank, blank, blank, blank blank out of the store otherwise they were going to call the cops that's fine when I turned around and saw a roach walking on the counter. He just flicked it off and said oh I guess I need to call the exterminator I would not go down to that store or the owner store in Mount Pocono ever again unless you want roaches in your food in your bags to bring home and invest your house. read more

Rediscovered this place after getting tired of the slow service at the rival chicken place and lucky i did... Fast service everytime and friendly staffers who care about their customers satisfaction!!! Prior management was pretty bad here, but glad they got things in order since the remodeling except that tornado vacuum when opening the double doors side of the building read more

Sorry but my first bad review. Wish I could give no stars!! They didn't have the chicken pieces I wanted, they were out of the spicy version & when I finally got what I didn't really want, the coasting was soaked in grease & the chicken was under done. Never again. read more

Was craving KFC on December 6 and didn't even get to go inside to order because as you can see the in the pictures they were okay with having multiple kids in there with no masks on. They kept going in and out of the restaurant. Not okay! read more

I usually hate kfc but stopped because i wanted to bring food to a state park. Shocking food was fresh and the pieces were what they should be. I couldn't believe it. The guy at the counter was also very nice and polite. Hope their food is always like this. Other kfc's should take lessons from this store. read more

Got the famous bowl, wasn't even hot! Cheese wasn't melted & the cookie was hard & cold. Sister got a side of mashed potato's & it was 90% gravy. Never coming here again, very disappointed. read more

The staff here is amazing, the girl who took my order was so nice I thought maybe she'd been replaced by some sort of futuristic politeness android. When I picked up the order the manager was enthusiastic, funny, and helpful. Offering me everything I needed and even suggesting I take some napkins. He told me this was going to be the best food I'd ever eat, and he wasn't far off. The best KFC I'd ever had/been too. Very clean, everyone was incredibly polite and besides watching a girl die of what seemed to be an overdose in the parking lot, I had an AMAZING experience. read more

My husband wanted KFC for fathers day. We got the $30 original chicken fill up bucket with sides. The original chicken was hot and juicy. My family was very happy. Stopped her for a bite and got bitten with the worse food poisoning left me sick for days. The store was neat but the bathroom was gross when i went to ash my hands. They need to clean and disinfect it. I was disgusted JUST TO WASH MY HANDS. The area seemed a bit edgy as most of the customers were substance abusers. The customer service is ok. My boyfriend and I were very hungry for KFC and were looking forward to having a good meal. This trip turned out to be one of THE worst visits to a restaurant I have EVER had. The staff were extremely rude, and our visit was ruined before we even sat down to eat. We waited 15 minutes to get our food, and after sitting down we realized that we hadn't been given straws, butter, napkins and utensils. We then walked back up to the counter to ask for the missing items, and were continuously ignored by all staff members. Eventually we had to interrupt another customer in order to be acknowledged by the women behind the counter. She proceeded to grab a fistful of utensils, butter, and wipes and practically threw them at us. We still did not get straws at this point for our "bucket bag" drink, nor did we receive napkins. There we no napkins anywhere around the restaurant. While eating our meal, we watched several other customers be turned down or denied their order. Several people walked out disappointed and with empty hands. After finishing our meal, we went to walk out and discovered the door had been locked. We unlocked it to let ourselves out and were met with a very unpleasant attitude from a staff member. I have worked in the restaurant industry for quite some time, so I do have patience and I do understand the struggle being short-staffed, however, those limitations do not in any circumstance warrant the extremely poor service and unpleasant attitudes towards customers. I get the chicken strips they are always delicious and juicy and of course coleslaw. The staff is friendly especially the woman that is there when I visit she is pleasant and relays your order back to you in a clear voice that you can understand! read more

Well, I never really do this but I like to give credit where credit is due. This place is a mere. .2 miles off of the highway and it's a gem of a KFC. I've noticed that KFC's very in quality but this one is one of the best. The staff were very friendly. I ordered a 5pc. Hot wings, 3 drumsticks (original) and 2 biscuits. The Hot wings were quite good. Crispy and spicy, the drumsticks where also very good, they had tons of flavor. The only thing was that the biscuits were slightly stale. Other then the biscuits everything else was superb. I'd be more than happy to come back if I ever pass by it again. ;) read more

I never review anything, but this KFC deserves a good review. The man taking our order was lively and energetic, happy, and kind. It's refreshing to see someone truly happy while working. Service was friendly. Original recipe chicken was not crispy, it was fatty. Chicken was a little under-cooked. I usually love KFC - but supermarket fried chicken was better than this fatty, soggy, greasy chicken. Corn bread muffins were good, as were cole slaw and mashed potatoes. read more

(This just happened Wed. May 17 2017 did not get an "I'm sorry" NOTHING.. outraged) I usually never have a problem here BUT I NEED to share this.. been going here for years and again, never had a problem. We got the usual two popcorn chickens we always get (and we live in Jersey so quite the ride) .. after we got home my husband says he can't eat it and I look at it and I see it's aS minimal cooked as you can get. AGAIN, all the times this has never happened. SO, we bring it back the next day and the (I believe assistant manager.. brown hair, in 20s has braces) .. REFUSES to give us two new ones and takes the two we brought back and says all she can do is give one NOT even apologizing about it or being semi nice about it. They KEPT the two and give us ONE. They just lost my family as loyal customers for YEARS!! ... not to mention they probably put th3 bad chicken back in for someone else being they "thought" nothing was wrong with it. read more
