Ordered a combo with fries as the side. They did not get the fries in with order. Ok, mistakes happen. But when I go back in to get my fries I have to wait 10 minutes before they acknowledge my presence and then not even an apology when they finally get the fries. Why can't Seminole ever get a decent KFC manager/staff? They wouldn't take my order over the phone, although I told them I would need to order in advance because it was a big order. I tried to order online, but it wouldn't go through. Showed up at the counter and read them the order from my phone. Got home: 6 of the 8 dinners were wrong. Called and told them but they said they would have to see the receipt. I live 10 miles away! Everybody just ate whatever they were given but I tried to call back to ask about the biscuits -- they said I didn't need to order a box because every piece of chicken came with a biscuit. Didn't seem right and sure enough, we got about 5 biscuits. Anyway, they wouldn't answer my calls after that. Really bad service! read more

Went to KFC in Seminole Oklahoma at 7:30 in the evening, a full hour and a half before they close, and were told we would not get the chicken we ordered. We tried to order The Tuesday special with original style of coating and were told that we could only get half original recipe and half crispy and that was all they were going to do for anybody for the rest of the evening. We were told they did not have the chicken to cook for it. So, to us that meant that either they are so poorly managed that they under-ordered original recipe to the point that customers are refused order fulfillment, or they just did not want to cook anymore and were all set up to close at exactly 9 PM. Basically you're not going to get what you want because somebody else might want it and the employees might have to do their job is how that came across. KFC used to be such a nice place to pick up a decent meal for a family, but now is usually just a place to get greasy chicken and poor or no service at all. Terrible service. Nasty evening employees. I'm handicapped and can't walk. I ordered on app and went to speaker and told them that my order was on the kfc app. We spent 7 minutes arguing that it was against policy to give KFC app through window and he insisted I had to come in. It is a huge hassle to get my chair out and go in. They finally said to pull up to "his" door and he'd bring it out. I guess it is faster than passing it out the window?!&$ They finally brought it out with no straw so I asked if I could have a straw. He said NO. I backed up to window humiliated already to get a straw. The "manager" asked me how I could get to my cat and drive if I couldn't walk. OMG. First a very disrespectful first of all Ms. Kassie, she got a rude tone and said "you dont need to throw your card" when we simply handed it to her! Then when our food was brought out we asked for a managers name so we could say something and Mr Ginger Man with a. "BAD" Tattoo didn't even care he simply got disrespectful and laughed as he walked away. Food had been sitting in the warmer, not made fresh. Fries tasted like dirty oil. Staff was friendly.

today i came is store and waited as the employees stayed in back where i could not see them i finally moved and they saw then asked if i could just buy some popcorn chicken they said their is not a way to ring it up i then said ok as i watched the lady preparing my food another employee was playing with her picking up a bag on the floor and throwing it at her..... Trash place took 30 minutes to give us our food because "the tenders weren't done" but when we got them they were cold and when we got our food we didn't get everything we ordered. DO NOT COME HERE. read more

Chicken looked and tasted like it set on the warmer all day. Bathroom had a lick at the toilet and got my shoes wet of that. Our order was wrong and incomplete. By the time we got the rest of missing french fries we were about done with out meal. Once a again KFC let's me down. I hope we will not get sick from that food. read more

Food was fine, but I have been in this store twice in the last week and the floor in front of the soda fountain has been sticky as have the tables. I work fast food and this is simple lack of supervision and lack of attention to the details. I here people in town say they won't eat here do to the lack of cleaning in the dinning room. I plan on returning to eat here in the future, l hope this is recived in a constructive way. read more

Good food. Fast service. Friendly service. Potato wedges are tough sometimes. The mashed potato bowls are very good!!

The food is decent, but they usually take forever and/or are out of a certain item a lot of the time.

The worst KFC. They can't read an order and fill it to the customer's satisfaction. The food tastes old. Do not eat there.
