The service and food has always been good. Except this time. The waitress showed us to our table and brought us coffee and water while we looked at the menu. We quickly made up our mind and waited for the waitress to take our order. We waited a long time before the waitress finally took our order. People who came in after us were ordering their food but not us.Food arrived at other tables while we didn't even get a coffee refill. We noticed the waitress put on her jacket and left, leaving another waitress to look after people. Change of shift probably? After 45 minutes of waiting we got up and went to pay for the coffee and then leave. The man said Oh your order is ready now....Really? This is totally unacceptable. We felt totally ignored.
