KFC in Coombs BC. feb 19th at 7pm I ordered a bucket of chicken. There was about 3/4 inch of grease and fat in the bucket of chicken plus chicken was soggy and saturated with fat and grease actually dripping off. I have owned and worked at 3 different KFC's and there is something seriously wrong here at this restaurant. I asked and showed the young man from the back and he just laughed at me and walked away. Gross. We got 12 piece feast that smelled rancid when we opened the bucket. It was greasy and the pieces were so small it didn't Half TIL the bucket. The box of fries wasn't half full and the salads were half empty too. The potato salad was frozen and had chunks of black potatoes just Nasty. Shame on you. There's always a missing part of the order... EVERY. SINGLE. TIME! Last week it was the chicken pops. Tonight it was the chicken tenders. There is no explaining how bad the food was here, burger tasted like it was out of a dumpster, and the fries were most likely deep fried with a sock in their too, employees don't know the first thing about working at a restaurant like this, shame on the manager read more

If I could give a negative I would .... check your gravy 9/10 it's had water added... and as for the chicken on multiple occasions you can tell it had been double fried probably the ones that timed out ... you can tell by the darker colored ones the like to mix them in.... nasty wish corporate would do something about this read more

This is a KFC/Taco Bell location. Ordered Tuesday 2 piece special from KFC with small gravy. The chicken was hot and good. Gravy was thick, not watery like some locations, and very tasty. Also ordered the Quesadilla, and the two taco combo. The Quesadilla was quite tasty, as were the Tacos. Lost a star for cleanliness. We got there just after 1 pm, there was not a single clean table in the building. Just before we left at 1:30 an employee began to clean the tables. Major annoyance...they give you NOTHING with your food. You have to ASK for everything you need. ie: ketchup, hot sauce, plastic fork, salt, pepper, extra napkins, etc. There is no service area for them. Also, who eats a Quesadilla without salsa? That's .60 cents extra for a small plastic container, nowhere near enough for the food. So needed two. Overall I would return here as it is somewhat above other locations that were not so good. read more

I'm not huge on fast food... but this was disgusting. the Chicken was so dry and tasteless...

We tried to go in the drive thru, waited for 5 minutes without an employee responding. Decided to go inside instead. Upon entering all workers were staring at us unnecessary till we left. The front counter employee that was working from 9:30-10pm stared at us with moments of silence after everything we said. Upon asking for condiments he got upset cos he had to add in sides of mayo. Our food came in about 50 seconds after ordering, and when we asked for the condiments we ordered, he grudging added 2 of each, one per person when we asked for extra. We left and checked our food, and all of it was cold. As if it had been sitting out for a while. We got sick almost immediately from it. Also the state of the restaurant was disgusting and there was a large pile of food on the floor in the view of the public. As someone who works in management in fast food in Nanaimo, this place needs to be investigated by food safe, and all the staff need to be taught proper customer service skills. Because all the staff were appalling, and this restaurant is lacking professionalism. read more

If I could give them a negative rating I would. Went through the drive through and the young man working there needs to learn what customer service is, he certainly hasn't heard of it. He kept cutting me off when I was ordering, had to explain three times that I wanted macaroni salad in my dinner not coleslaw. I ordered a Taco Bell box for my daughter and it is supposed to come with your choice of sauces, we were not given a choice until I questioned him and then you could see he was getting frustrated with me. The taco meal came with a churro, it was disgusting, stale and tasted like it was deep fried in rancid oil. Went in the garbage. Since the new people took over it has gone way down hill. read more

I'd love to give this location negative stars, terrible service this evening. I really feel for the staff that have to put up with the POS manager. I ordered online, received a total and a confirmation via email total that matched. When the delivery arrived, the price was more then my receipt showed. The driver looked at my price and called his manager. The manager stated that the price has changed and online has not been updated, and that I needed to pay the total that was on the paper receipt or the driver needed to take the food back to the restaurant. I could not believe that this manger was not going to honour the price their website gave. The driver tried calling back one more time and the manager said too bad just take the food back. All the driver could do was suggest to make an online complaint so that the website gets updated. I was livid and had 4 very hungry kids. My hope to avoid leaving the house while sick deminished. Lesson learned, never order through KFC again. read more

As a child I would love kfc now it greasy yuk. I will not go to kfc now as a adult food is just no good any more
