We are all familiar with KFC's offerings, which are prepared pretty consistently in all their outlets ... thanks to the almost-100% automation of their process. So it comes down to service, and here you should expect friendly and competent young people taking and delivering your order. Not particularly fast, but remember .... they are mostly trainees, trying their best to get your order right. I come here often, and end up mostly very pleased by the experience. What else do you want from a fast-food restaurant.
