Bad Service. Bad Customer service. They can't seem to get the orders right. Dining room is closed. When you order online, you are supposed to go inside to pick up your order. Then rudely told to go outside and park in the Drive thru waiting for food area. After a 15 minute wait for an online order. WEnt home, order was wrong. Go back to the store as the rest of my order gets cold. Wait 45 minutes for the rest of the order. Not much of a sorry. Contacted Corporate, they said they "We take feedback of this nature very seriously and will be addressing this with the location you visited, and hope we will give them another chance" Nope, no way. read more

Went through the drive through. As I was ordering, the lady taking the order cut me off and told me to tell her the rest at the window. Said they are on a rimer. I proceed to the window, start telling her the rest of my order, she told me to pull into a waiting spot, again mentioning something about a timer. She was very rude about the whole thing. As I pulled in to a waiting spot, another person pulled beside me. She said the same thing, that the lady was very rude and abrupt with her. As if that wasn't enough, multiple other cars started pulling up next to us, waiting as well. To make matters worse, we did not get all of the food we ordered, and what we got was cold and hard. I'm disgusted with the interaction my family had at this location, we were mistakenly given the wrong order and upon going back to get the right order my fiancé asked to speak with the same guy who handled his order and the lady at the counter said "you people always try to come back for free food". My fiance told her for some reason god didn't want him to speak to her and asked for the other guy again and she said "f**** you and your god" ...... the guy finally came around and asked what was the problem (the 12 piece we order was only an 8 piece. We just wanted 4 more pieces of chicken..) the guy put some chicken in a box threw it onthe counter and told him to get tf out. Terrible service- very rude employee on the drive thru speaker.. then at the window everyone was asked to pull to the side- which is fine, I get it. But I had side dishes... After waiting 15 minutes- my bag was taken to a different car- the other customer dug through my bag and handed it back (since it wasn't his). The employee tried to hand the bag that the other guy touched and opened... I kindly asked for my money back. And I got the biggest eye roll/ attitude. Do not recommend. read more

I have never had food from long John silvers side like this before. The food was either dropped back down in the grease or the grease is way over due to be changed. All my food was brown and looked old, some of it extremely crunchy, could barely eat the piece of chicken and one of the hush puppies was so hard, it was all brown and crunch. So disappointed in the quality of the food. Basically had no taste from either being cooked in bad grease or double cooking. read more

Just got home with my 8 piece meal which only had 7 pieces. 3 thighs, 2 Wings, 2 drums and 0 breasts. This is the 3rd order in a row that they have totally screwed up. The worst food I have had in a long time my order was two 2 piece fill ups and 12 hot wings. They take the order then come back and say all we have is 11 wings so I say that's fine they pack up my order and I head home to my family both of the fill ups the chicken was so hard it was like cement and impossible to eat the mashed potatoes were very runny like a soup and the hot wings so dried out and hard they were a dark shade of brown and was like eating beef jerky this is completely unacceptable how does a restaurant that behaves this way stay in business or pass health inspections I will never eat at this establishment again. read more

All around bad experience I wouldn't even give it one star if I could they were rud and disgusting people as I do weigh 430 pounds I went through the drive through and I asked for two family sized buckets for me and my wife so far so good but when I got to the window I checked they gave me one to go cup I corrected them and they gave me my order then they said I should have kept the other one andc lose a few pounds I got extremely offended because thick is the new sexy and I went inside and they acted like it was an earth quake every step I took took I turned around and started running but I fell flat on my face they all laughed and hurt my feelings the I got in my mini van and drove home crying eating my pain in chicken. read more

You actually get your food on time and they at least attempt to keep some stuff fresh. They have long john silver's food, but usually they have to make some of it fresh since that kind of food spoils faster. For the most part: it's KFC, nobody's stomach likes it, I've never eaten at one where I felt good afterwards. But if you need fastfood, it's better than your other options. read more

So i used took this location and it was always slow. The workers never seemed to care at all. And the inside was just old and kinda dingy. But WOW OH WOW. this location was just remodeled and I'm assuming the staff was reloaded it just turned over but it was a million times better than before. The inside is soooo clean and bright. And my food was ready before I could even sit down. The manager was right there in front to say hi to us and ask us how we were. Just a really sweet lady. The staff all seemed very happy to be there. Normally we would just be ok with the food but last night was definitely the best we've ever had from this spot. The whole experience was just amazing. read more

Okay so I was just checking this review page to see what the rating was. I was expecting one star and there were no reviews. Let me just explain how awful the experience of this KFC is. It is flat out terrible. They need to seriously step up their game. I have known people who have got food poisoning from here and it's taken over an hour to get a meal sometimes. This place is seriously the worst KFC ever. They seriously need to just close it down altogether and put like another Sonic there because the only other one in London closed. Do not eat here. The food is terrible and so is the service. There is a LJS attached as well that is just as disgusting. The chicken tastes like it's been under a heat lamp all day and the staff looks frazzled and annoyed. read more

I have had nothing but bad luck here for years. If you drive thru almost guarantee something will be missing....so last night I decided I would go inside to order instead. Saw 2 people walk out as they were completely being ignored even after the register girl looked right at them, she just turned around and was packing orders. After waiting on a "crab cake" which was NOT GOOD, I got home to food that had sat too long was dried out and gross hardly ate any of it and was missing part of my order...imagine that....if I could give 0 stars I would. I will not be returning to London KFC, and I live there.....its a shame. read more
