Have time! Do not have anything else to do that day. What's the food fresh? Yes Was it good? Yes. Was it a 50+ minute wait at 3:00 pm. Yes! The restaurant was clean. The customer service was my bad, but the weight was extreme. They said it was because of lack of staff. Which I get read more

Purchased KFC chicken SANDWICH. Taste affected and obvious chicken was burnt or grease/oil was not clean. And the SALT was overwhelming where all you tasted was SALT first bite. I was very disappointed and could return because I felt I would had a confrontation. The person at the window was very nice courteous and brought food to car in a timely manner. read more

Bathrooms have a code entry in a newer looking building. The place was so cold inside I am glad I was layered up. Dr.pepper was out (needed syrup) and when I asked for the drive-thru Dr.P, was told that one was out too. The cashier did get our orders right, although no dipping sauce was offered for the non-KFC chicken tenders! We were not advised that the chicken tenders were not as advertised nor KFC brand. My crispy and original chicken was great tasting as well as the cole slaw and mashed potatoes. The gravy did have some congealed looking pieces though. read more

KFC - coldy dining area - Chicken Shop Near Me - Lithonia, Georgia

Panola Rd. Stonecrest Ga. For the most part, the workers aren't inviting, they walk off after engaging a customer in front of u and don't greet u, say I'll be with u in a moment or anything. Then when u call out (not boisterous) to another worker, they ignore u. I simply wanted to ask if they had a certain item (pot pies) bc they often give out after you've stood waiting in line for a long time. Sadly, no one acknowledged my presence at the counter. I left, and went to a Wesley Chapel location, drive thru this time, no greeting whatsoever. Then received by pot pies in sandwich bags, no explanation or anything until I inquired. Oh, I have to mention, " the pot pies are subpar". I had the best pot pies in a Locust Grove location and I mean they were moist and puffy. A great presentation. Why can't this be replicated in the aforementioned establishments. Please MAKE THE CHANGES NECESSARY read more

This location is CONSTANTLY in the struggle. There's ALWAYS a wait for fresh hot chicken. They're ALWAYS understaffed, and it's standard for them to be out of one or more sides. Tell me how is it I can walk into your restaurant and there's a parking lot of ten (or more) cars with customers waiting for their order and a line or gathering (there wasn't a sign of a line) waiting to order or waiting FOR AN ORDER. Mind you I LITERALLY DRIVE THRU ON A MONDAY AND KEPT GOING cause there was a thirty minute wait for chicken. "HOW PEOPLE, HOW??? There's almost never a cashier running the front line and I'm willing to bet that even tbough they are probably making money, somewhere in their chain of processes, this store is heavily under performing. With the amount of traffic on Panola Rd. There should be a steady flow of cars and people coming into and going out of this spot. Of course, if the sales are suffering you can probably imaging the sanitation and cleanliness of the restaurant is below par as well. Something needs to happen cause this is a poor excuse for a "well run" establishment. And here's the REALLY sad part. Popeyes AND Bojangles both have access to the same amount of traffic and there ratings ALSO suck. I'm honestly wondering where the black excellence is in these locations cause we are missing the mark HEAVILY **Update I'm home alone this week and didn't want to cook. After a horrible accident in I20 I was determined not to drive to far for a meal. So I came back, I'm currently sitting in the dining room chatting with the other 5 people waiting for chicken..."THIRTY MINUTES..."the manager too busy arguing with the associate that was running the drive thru about who took what order from a woman who had been quoted an incorrect price. Granted, the entire time I'm waiting the manager is sitting in her office, not working to handle the mounting customers that are coming in. When I got my order I requested two biscuits for waiting. When I got home I was happy to have hot fresh chicken but the biscuits felt like they had been there since lunchtime read more

Shame on KFC on Panola road. Lithonia. This will be the second time that I have a big piece of hair in my food . This time my coleslaw, right at the cover hanging out. All food restaurants should wear hair nets, no exceptions. You guys just ruined my week, not sure when I will be able to eat any food again. I won't be going there anymore. not because of the incident, but always something negative with this place . read more

Consistency is important, it's key...but not when it's about a bad reputation when it comes to Uber orders. You can depend on them never getting the order right, missing items, incorrect order, undercooked food...it's always a hit or miss with this location and most times it's a miss. I would say you need to do better, however at this point I don't think it's possible since they are consistently horrible. It's always a disappointment! read more

ive ordered from them 2 nights this week . both days they took my money and I didn't receive my food

I went to KFC on Panola Rd and the food was ok. I had to pull over and wait for my order but 10 minutes passed and none came outside. I went inside and had to wait 10 minutes again before I got my order. The girl put my order on the counter and walked away with a terrible attitude. Her attitude ruined my experience despite the 20 minutes I had to wait for my order. read more

Very friendly guy working the counter. Answered my questions and got my order correct the first time (even with my specifications). Chicken was much better than I remembered. First time in KFC in years, might start back after this visit. My only issue is that their phone doesn't seem to work/is left off of the hook so I wasn't able to confirm before going that they had an item (pot pies), which they did not. read more

Horrible! I went last night (6/10/22) and ordered a five piece chicken wing combo and a famous bowl. When I got home, I did not have five chicken wings and whatever piece of the chicken I received, which appeared to be the drummers portion of a wingding, they were incredibly spicy and inedible inedible. Plus the famous bowl had absolutely no flavor and no gravy. I tried calling the restaurant last night and all day today and no one is answering the phone. On top of that, I wasn't even given a receipt and the young lady that took the order was extremely rude. Do not patronize this location! read more

Ordered multiple times and they always seem to forget some of my chicken as if I when I order a 16 piece family meal I always end up missing at least five pieces of chicken or three pieces of chicken is always something missing from my order, but they are usually really really good and you know food is always hot and fresh, but they need to just be more considerate of you buying a family meal and getting what you pay for. I can say that they are better than the Wesley Chapel KFC hands-down. read more

horrible customer service, all the staff have nasty attitude and they open at 10 but trust me nothing will be ready until 11.

Only 4 people working. No one at the register. Only options were drive through or mobile orders. Took over 45 minutes to get my food. I'm never coming here again. read more

I brought a three piece dinner from Kentucky fried chicken store just beyond West Park place on highway 78 eastbound. The chicken taste horrible. The breast was dried like it was sitting too long. The drum stick had no flavor and the wing look old and dry up. I believe cardboard would had a better flavor. I gave this a store two stars because the coleslaw and mash potatoes were the only items worth eating. I threw the chicken pieces in the garbage. I feared I might get sick from eating such bad tasting food. read more

This got to be the laziest KFC around... it' says when they close but it looks like the employees continuously close the restaurant down in advance so that they can leave early.. read more

So it's 9pm and these folks gone say they closed because their short staffed. Like that has to be the laziest excuse ever. Like no one in line and I have patience but the fact that you close instead of doing your job like just take yo ass home. read more

My husband and I was heading back home and stopped in to get something to eat before getting back on the road. There was two people in the lobby that had already ordered. The cashier came around to give the other two customers their order at two different times, so the cashier seen us waiting to order. While waiting the other workers were peeking through the racks and around it at us. One worker stood at the manager door talking looking straight at us. After waiting about 10 minutes without even being acknowledged, we finally left and went across the street and ate. It seemed racial since we were the only whites in the lobby. The other customers were African America in which one of them was very friendly. read more

This is very ridiculous!! The person who was taking my order was not at all qualified to be a cashier . first of all she took down the two orders and when we got to the drive thru pull up she gave us the wrong order and everything was messed up. They ALWAYS forget my cookie and today they forgot my biscuit as well. However, the rest of the food was alright.

One star is still too many stars. For starts all of the employees were in the parking lot when I arrived at 9:30. I had to wait at the drive through for the employees finish their TikTok video and come back inside the restaurant. Once they came to the intercom I was told it would be a 15 minute wait for a simple small family meal. I decided to wait and I watch the employee over the intercom tell 6 customers that they were closed at 9:45.... I'm confused because they close at 11pm if I'm not mistaken. Terrible service. I wouldn't recommend anyone go here. Better off going across the street to Burger King or Checkers... or even Zaxbys 2 minutes away read more

Making ppl order inside and not the drive thru and customer service is poor. Had ppl waiting for over 30 minutes

Please believe the reviews, this is the worst kfc I've been to. Very disappointed with the lack of respect I got as a customer. They forgot the man before me's order. Put the food on the counter walked away and said that's y'all food. AWFUL. I'm pretty sure some of the workers don't have it all put together because they don't know the difference of the chicken they're selling ‍ read more

I made the mistake of going through the drive thru. I placed an order of a la cassette wings and was told there was a 10 minute wait and they would bring them to me. I park and wait for 30 minutes, go inside and ask where was my food. They weren't sorry, didn't offer me anything and the manager asked if I was there to pick up my order????? I get home to undercooked wings after spending $13. They should've paid me for wasting my time and money. Never again read more

Ordered 2 Pc meal and 12 wings. 45 Minutes I am still there! 3/23/2021 8:55 - 9:35pm After ordering from drive through, i noticed the lady in front of me not happy with her order and trying to give the food back to the lady through the drive window (I should have known then). Lady leaves and goes around front of KFC. I ordered 2 pc grilled and 12 wings, i was asked to go around front as well due to currently making grilled. ok, no problem, been pushed around front before. After 15 minutes, i am thinking, how long should this take, and thinking that she didn't say how long of a wait it would be. After 20 minutes waiting, i decide to go inside (still not upset) After about 2 minutes, the lady that ordered in front of me comes inside as well, wondering the same thing (What's taking so long?). The nice young cashier doesn't know what to say, therefore I ask for the manager. Nice cashier goes to get the manager, only 3 steps away, and she doesn't respond at all, we are both still standing there wondering if she is going to address us. Finally she (Sharee) comes and asked what's the problem, we both say we have been waiting for about 25 - 30 minutes and we would like our food. She says it is almost done, tells me that the other lady will be first ( no problem with that, she was first ), Sharee gives the lady her order and it is not complete (No fries). Lady says there are no fries here. Lady gives me my order, ( I know now I better check it) Of course i also have no fries and no drink. I tell Sharee, I was asked what side i wanted and asked for fries ( not here) and still have no drink. She walks away , as the lady and i are thinking she is going to get our fries. After about 10 minutes and she does not come back, i say to her are we going to get fries? she ignores both of us :-( . person walks up to the counter to order, and they order a meal with fries, and is told that they are out of fries. I say why hasn't anyone said anything to us as we are both standing here waiting for fries. Manager Sharee still will not come back to talk to us. As i am ready to leave i ask to just give me any side for me to leave, lady does same as lady records total situation on her phone. Worse customer service i have ever experienced from a supervisor/manager. I will NEVER return to that location in my life. Thinking that i really do not need KFC in my life at all anyway. BTW, grilled chicken was rushed and not cooked, daughter had to trash it, too tired to go back. read more

RUDE CASHIER JASMINE Worst customer service EVER! I came thru the drive thru line @10:50pm on at Saturday night the drive thru recording days says they are closed but on the menu it states they are open till 12am, so i said in the speaker the sign says yall are open till 12am, she asks for my order & proceeds to say we only have grilled chicken... i order i get to the window to Pay she opens the window with the hand out for my card while her head is turned the opposite way while she is talking to another employee she never sd my total she rushed me from me putting my card in my wallet to give me my bags, and b4 i drove off i had to ask for my receipt, i will never go again. If I could give them ZERO stars I would. MICHEAL, my cashier was horrible!!!!! The entire staff lacked customer service skills. After finally being served, my cashiers attitude was so poor that it affected my mood for the remainder of the night. He tossed my food to me like I was some damn dog. I will NEVER EVER COME HERE!!!! Believe the reviews. These people do not give as fuck read more

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I am from out of town and I stopped in because my 4 year old had to use the bathroom really bad. He was visibly unable to hold it! The cashier told me he couldn't use the bathroom unless we bought something! I told her he is 4 and has medical issues and she proceed to tell me no. I asked to speak to the manager and the manager was So nasty and unprofessional! The gentleman who already purchased food , ask the manager to let my son use the bathroom since he bought food. She told him no as well! I asked if I could buy a ranch sauce and was told they don't sell sauces!! I understand having a policy for adults but children should be able to use the bathroom. Also it's common courtesy And common sense which the manager lacked both! Horrible management and I'm not surprised why they have a 1.5 rating. I also put in a complaint with corporate! Whoever runs this establishment DO BETTER! read more

The worst kfc ever! I came here one time because there were really no other options, I am most fortunate I didn't get sick! The drink machine was so disgusting I asked the manager to fill my drink behind the counter. Other patrons of the restaurant had the nerve to eyeball me like I'm uppity lol may be you are used to eating from garbage pails but it's new to me smh customer service is something they have never heard of and the place is finally closed! The sign says closed for remodeling but this sign has been up for the last 6 months! It says go to the kfc on Wesley chapel lol ha ha that area is even worse! I would never come back here even if they were giving food away for free! read more

Can't beat the price. When you on a family budget. And inside was cleaner then I expected

Considering how slow business is at this location, somehow they still can't get the order right at the drive thur. Not to mention, the person at the window is rude and to lazy to reach out and hand you your bag. She just swings a out at you. I've tried them twice in the last 30 days and will not return. They need to cross over I-20 and learn some customer service skills from Popeyes. Even when Popeyes have cars circling the building the still manage to be fast, courteous and get the order correct. read more

It doesn't even deserve one star. The girl at the window tonight did not say one word to us. She didn't say hello or goodbye or have a nice day. Rude! Our chicken was cold when we got it. Unacceptable. The people in the area should demand more. I am contacting the franchise owner read more

This is the worst kfc that I have ever been to. We waited 20 minutes for freshly cooked chicken only to get home 10 minutes away to find out that the chicken was barely warm. The mashed potatoes were cold and had to be microwaved. The gravy was like water. We decided to call the restaurant and let them know that the food was unexceptable and that we will be returning the entire meal uneaten. We we got to the restaurant, I showed her how watery the gravy was and how cold the rest of the meal was. The manager came out and said that the gravy is supposed to be watery because it was freshly made. REALLY????? I told her that is a lie. I use to work at kfc as a teen and I know exactly how they make the gravy. So she said that they follow the directions a can't do anything about the way it turns out. REALLY????? I told her I would give her a pass on her stupid excuse but asked her to please explain why we were told that our chicken had to be cooked and the wait was 20 minutes only to get cold chicken? She had no explanation but offered another meal. Hell NO! demaned a refund and the number to corporate, she replied "we don't have a corporate office, we are a franchise." GO FIGURE! I will never go there again!!!!!!!!!!!!! #kfconpanolaroadisajoke read more
