My star rating would be minus star but they don't have that available. The worse place I've been to! I plan to never visit this place ever again even though I was going for someone else. NO I didn't even order I chose to walk out! As consumers we should receive quality service not a place with nasty conversations given by employees! read more

I just left this place and the older lady in drive-thru named Annette. First she told me they didn't have whole wings, then she told me they generally sell dark meat so they won't be dropping wings, but she didn't mind informing me that KFC sell wings on Wed, Thurs, & Fri.. After me questioning her about a chicken restaurant that don't sell wings is ridiculous. Eventually she said, she'll talk to them in the back and see if they'll drop wings. She said it'll be 30 minutes. After all that back and forth in the dialogue, I didn't want the wings. I didn't trust the food at that point. read more

our food was completely burnt, literally black and inedible. the service was also terrible and the staffer was so rude and rolled her eyes multiple times in the 30 second interaction. read more

AMAZING Service! This is the only KFC location that I eat at in St. Louis! The staff here is always friendly and ready to serve and this is the cleanest location too. Today I received magnificent service from Oriana! I called to this location to see if they had the item I needed and my call went to voicemail. Right away Oriana called me back and confirmed that she had what I needed and she was happy to serve me. I was delighted to receive such good service in North County. I am grateful for the caring assistance that she provided today! read more

I have concerns about a posted policy here that states they will not refund money only replace food. I have never seen this policy before but it feels discriminatory and disrespectful. There are plenty of reasons they one might request a return of their funds, namely poorly made food or nasty food based on the crew working. I have eaten at KFC all around America and even in Ghana (Harlan Sanders). Even though I was missing purchased items from my order they quickly fulfilled when my daughter went back. This just makes me question who and where I spend my money. read more

Okay so I was just in the drive in lane. I tried to order an 16-piece meal and an 8-piece meal. The drive through cashier told me I couldn't order what I wanted. I asked if they were out of chicken. They said they were not out of chicken. I asked why. I was told I had to make a substitute. So I asked for three 8-piece meals. The cashier yelled at me saying, no matter how I twist my order I could not have what I asked for ... I asked why? Then the speaker got silent with no explanation at all. WTH?!?! She was completely unreasonable -- and I am simply beside myself. I try to keep money in my own town. Why would the cashier behave so aggressively and negatively? KFC Florissant -- you must do better! Shame on this employee. read more

So, today I went with the 3pc Big Box Meal,Crispy, with Green Beans and Mashed Potatoes and Gravy. Everything tasted great. The chicken was crispy and juicy, not overcooked and the flavor was spot on. Green Beans were seasoned well and 'Taters were good too. Biscuit was a bit doughy, so I didn't eat that. The drive thru line went a decent pace and not too much time spent waiting. read more

i placed an order and it took 1 1/2 hours for it to be filled. it was supposed to be ready in 10 minutes. the food was cold and it tasted off. i will not be going back to this restaurant and i don't recommend it to anyone else. read more

Poor hygiene and long wait times. Can't recommend this place to anyone with the current state of things. Pretty sure one of the workers eats the chicken. read more

I've eaten at KFC for years. As it's a better alternative healthier fast food. And I've not had a bad experience either... till now. Let's start with the person working the drive through window. They started with talking to an associate instead of saying "thank you for choosing KFC. How can I help you?" Instead I heard conversation with employees... So I said "excuse me." Then I got, "go ahead with your order." I said a 3 piece meal with all wings original recipe. They said, "I have to charge you extra."' I said, "Fine. I don't care." They said fine and then anything else. As I tried to add to my order, the person in the drive-thru started talking to others... and I''m trying to add to my order. That drive through person then huffs and said, "come to the window and place your order." I said ok. I get to the window and say there for 3-5 minutes. I'm then asked by the original drive-thru person who was wearing a black and white strip shirt, facial hair, and short curly hair. He's in such a rush and hurry. They have 2 other associates come to take my order. Of which after it was placed, that original drive-thru person then comes and says "can you pull forward and to the left." There's no clear marked signs for customers to wait. And when I said "where" they sighed and then said "in the parking spot up front." I pulled into a parking spot. I waited 5-10 minutes. Finally an employee brings me my order. She was nice and friendly. I told her that order had a Mountain Dew and I didn't order that. It was suppose be 2 waters. She said ok... and would be back. I then checked the order. And of course it was wrong. I go into the store. I tell an associate that the order was not correct. He starts to make the correction. However the original drive-thru rep with the black and white stripe shirt comes up, displays their contempt. He then says... "that ain't what you said." He then sets out to determine that I'm wrong about my food order. At that point, I demand a refund. Especially as that person starts to rush the employee who was helping me... and he said "so that he can get out of the store." I then restated I want a refund. He snatches the receipt from my hand... and then says "that's fine." I tried to file a complaint on KFC's website. However, they make it very difficult to do any survey or provide feedback. Thus I got my refund of 22 bucks. And then went to Lee's Chicken down the street. read more

First time I've been to this Kentucky Fried chicken in years. First of all at the window, whoever was inside taking the orders decided that they were going to rush me ignorantly when I had a decent size order. When I was completed at the speaker and drove up to the window to pay, I asked what all were their sides because it was hard seeing it on the menu and instead of just letting me know their sides she ignorantly said you took too long at the speaker anyways we have a time crunch and can't change anything. I wasn't even trying to change anything I was trying to add extra. They are very rude and unprofessional up here and I believe because the person who was at the window at first did not have a red uniform on was a manager this fast food place is a disgrace. read more

im start by saying i love this place. they are under new management and this store improved so much. its more cleaner, the food was great hot n fresh! the team is awsome make you feel weclome. i promise the team i would write an review. because now of days people only care bout the bad. i will report the great experience i had. so thank you team outstanding job!!! read more

The chicken was old and horrible, the macaroni wasn't edible and you could tell that the mashed potatoes were very old

Poor service, they're out of everything, dirty dining room with liquids on floor, need I continue? This is a dump of a store that the parent company must be just turning their back on. Really BAD place. Places like this don't stay open long. read more

I've seen a lot of negative reviews on KFC at this location. My experience was mostly positive so I'll focus on that. I went to the location & ordered to go inside at 3:37pm. I was told it was a full wait. I had to ask what a full wait was & was told 40 minutes. Okay. I can wait. I had a coupon for 12pc chicken, 3 large sides & 6 biscuits for $25.99. I ordered an extra large side & an extra gravy so my total was just over $35 to feed 3 adults. More food than we needed so there will be at least two extra meals averaging $7 per meal!!! With the KFC coupon out, it was a better deal than a competitor. There were 13 people waiting at the time I placed my order in addition to drive through & on-line orders. A few customers waiting were chuckling about always having to wait. People... you came in after me. Play on your cell phone & the wait won't seem so long! My order was up in 35 minutes... 5 minutes ahead of time! The waiting area was basically clean... no trash on floor & tables were cleared. When I got home with the order, it was everything I ordered, although some gravy leaked out in one of the bags. No worries. The food was delicious & satisfying. Great job! read more

This store needs better customer service, as well as some one knowledgeable of the coupons! I was refused service because I ask about my ORDER!! read more

Service is deplorable. Employees refuse to serve prospective customers who use the drive-up window/lane. The manager informed my husband, "You need to come inside." The restaurant closes at 10:00 p.m. and it was 7:00 p.m. Her attitude and persona gave the impression that she was doing him a favor by serving him. This poor service is new to this location. I am truly disappointed. read more

I gave them one star for a couple reasons. First I asked how much for two pieces of chicken and a biscuit. According to the person taking the orders, It cost more than the meal which I saw was $7.19 for a Number 1. Why would a business charge more for meat only?? Strange! I arrived at the window and told the young lady there that I wanted original. She did not ask if I wanted original or crispy when I placed my order. When I told her at the window that I wanted original she faced a different direction and not me and was speaking. I had no idea she was talking to me. I though she was taking an order. I was told they do not have the leg and thigh in original. I agreed to take what they told me they had. When the gave me the order it looked burned, crispy and was hard. I told the person at the window I ordered original and she told me it was original. That wasn't the original I'm used to seeing. She spoke with a manager and she said the fryer isn't working and they but original batter on it and cooked it some kind of way I guess but it did not look good at all. Asked for my money back and the person at the window said she couldn't for some reason she gave me. Yet a manager was a to give me a refund. That was a horrible experience!!!! Would have given a zero if I could. read more

I've never had an issue with KFC food. The staff is generally friendly. The food is normally tasty. The store is not always clean, but when staff is generally young, that's what happens. I like KFC and will go back time and time again read more

The absolute worst! After 35 minutes of sitting in the drive up, they don't have, bowls, coleslaw and about 3 other items. Another 10 minutes to get to the window to pay. After paying I sat 14 minutes and then the cashier says"mam, they said your wings are going to be another 8 minutes, can you pull up! NEVER AGAIN! read more

I don't remember the last time I had KFC. The husband decided he wanted chicken from this location to go with some sides I made. Let's see what happens... After about a 5 minute wait in the drive thru to place my order, another 3 minute wait to pay for my order ( maybe because they had to drop more meat since I ordered all white meat)... 10 minutes later total... The bag and bucket feel steaming hot so let's hope that the food is better than the reviews. read more

THis place sucks. Every time I go there I have to wait at least 10 minutes in the drive thru and they are always out of things. Disappointing!! read more

This is the worst KFC I've ever encountered. They are routinely out of either chicken or biscuits. It's a business that sells two products and is constantly out of one or the other. It's legitimately surprising if you can actually get everything KFC is supposed to sell on a given day. Be sure to check your order before you leave. They're unlikely to tell you that they haven't given you your whole order and resist giving refunds when caught. It's been like this for years. How can they fail to find competent management and staff for so long? How is this location not a hair salon by now? read more

If you go to the KFC on N. Hwy 67 in Florissant Mo be sure to check your order when they give it to you. I've been there 4 times this year and twice they have messed up my order. I was in a hurry so I didn't check, but I had ordered a $20 Fill Up with coleslaw, fries and green beans. When I got home I found coleslaw and 2 orders of mashed potatoes and gravy. I hate their mashed potatoes and gravy! When I got home I tried to call them twice but no one picked up. I will never shop at that store again. I'll have to go to Church's Fried Chicken because they are much closer than any other KFC. So disappointing, I shopped there for 15 years, but the service has gotten terrible. read more

Today, I ordered a $20 dollar fillup by going through drive through. I foolishly thought that my order was correct. After arriving home, I discovered only 7 pieces of chicken without any breast of chicken. I attempted to call the store but never received an answer. They need to close this place. How are you out of chicken and biscuits. This is the 2nd time we came here for din din and they where out of chicken legs, strips, biscuits and some sides. They didn't even have their new Nashville chicken. So after finding something on the menu I get home and they still didn't even give me what I ordered which is not a lot considering they were out of half of their menu.
