Many different employees would drop raw chicken on the ground multiple times over the course of each shift I did, and each time the "trainer" would proceed to either tell them to pick it up and use it, or proceed to put the chicken from the ground straight back into the bread crumbs. Many senior employees also lacked the ability to follow processes set as standard by the KFC corporation, including but not limited to washing, mopping and the breading of the chicken. Throughout my time at the store I was also verbally abused multiple times by senior members of staff for being "too slow", in situations where I was trying to follow the processes instructed during online training and posted on the walls. Phrases such as "Fuck you man" were thrown at me due to following the process requiring extra time opposed to doing the task "quick" as told by the many different trainers I was assigned.
