[[HIGHLIGHT]]Walking in it looks abandoned, with the walls falling apart, tables and chairs from the 80s, and a drink machine that is extremely dirty.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] What saves this place is the nice employees that work there and the decent food. I got a hot honey sandwich, and although they put way too much honey on the actual bun instead of in the sandwich, it was still good. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Bathroom sinks also barely work.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Didn't go through the drive through but it isn't updated either.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Terrible spot for a kfc though, so I can see why they have neglected renovations for so long.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] You have to be on one side of the road to get to it. If you're not then you're out of luck. I had a taste for KFC so I decided to go through the drive-through. I ordered a 12 piece bucket family meal and an additional chicken sandwich with a couple extra chicken legs order was around $41. The girl in the drive-through told me it would be about 15 minutes to pull out front and wait so I said OK no worries. 43 minutes later, I go inside and ask about my order and they look at me as if they didn't know I ordered anything. Finally, I see the girl from the drive-through hand. I think the manager a receipt he walked to the back and came back out and told me it would be 15 more minutes. I had already waited over 40 minutes so I decided just to get a refund. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Place looks like a tornado ran through it trash on the floor, dirty windows, dirty doors dirty counters spilled pop sticky floors looks like a trash restaurant.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I don't suggest anyone going there ever and the place should probably close immediately. I stopped at this KFC on Peach Street on the evening of October 6th, and I have to admit, I haven't been to a KFC in years. I figured I'd give it another try, but honestly, this visit completely turned me off. [[HIGHLIGHT]]When I pulled up to the drive-thru window, everything looked filthy. There were old receipts, napkins, and bits of debris stuck around the windowsill and counter area inside. The windows were streaked and cloudy, and the paint outside was peeling. It all just looked really neglected and dirty.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The employee who handed me my food wasn't rude, but she definitely didn't seem friendly either. Then I took a sip of my Diet Coke, and it was awful -- flat, sour, and definitely not what it was supposed to be. It had that "dirty line" taste that made me not even want to touch the rest of my meal. [[HIGHLIGHT]]When I mentioned it to my son later, he said that the last time he was there, he noticed chicken bones and napkins on the floor behind the register, which made my stomach turn even more.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I didn't end up eating my food because I just couldn't shake the feeling that if the visible areas were that filthy, the kitchen probably wasn't much better. It's really disappointing to see a place that used to be a comfort food favorite look and feel this unclean. this is for the KFC n peach street near barnes&noble. WHAT A DISASTER. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The windows/doors hadnt been cleaned in days, the lobby floor was littered with garbage, none of the tables were wiped off, the fountain machine had no ice and had pop dumped all over the counter, no lids/salt/pepper/condiments. The chairs and floor were all sticky. It was seriously dirty.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We had to wait ten minutes for our food (that was the least of the problem), the people behind the counter were hugging on each other and the girl was agitated when I asked for lids for our drinks. read more

Wait 20 minutes for one car in front. Order our food then get to window and wait another 15 minutes to pay just to find out That they were out of basically the whole menu (chicken strips, Mac and cheese, biscuit, pop clavor) After we already paid. Then had to go back after we looked in our bags and had to biscuits and thats when we found out they didn't have any. As there was 2 other customers in drive thru that we're missing food and had to get food replaced. Feel bad for the only 2 workers there, If I were in there shoes with so many unhappy customers I'd shut everything down and close up. read more

Stopped in around 8:30 PM ordered 2 meals @ Kentucky Fried Chicken on upper Peach Street: 1. 3 chicken strips with sweet & sour sauce 2. chicken bowl Waited in line at least 15 minutes, finally got up to pick up window and asked 2 make sure sauces were in my order, answer was a definite "yes". Had to go back, guess what??? NO sauces!!! Had 2 go back a 2nd X guess what??? NOTHING to eat the chicken bowl with. had NO utensils 2 give because THEY WERE OUT!!! WHY WAS THIS NOT TOLD 2 ME WHEN I PLACED THE ORDER ??? All this after literally having nothing 2 eat all day after having surgery. Called 2 day they are giving a whole new order next X I come in, but the manager had a MAJOR attitude!! Went back today after making 2 trips to ER with my son, to get my free order. Waited in line for 40 minutes, the chicken was ice cold, but MOST important the manager was NOT wearing a mask and refused to do so, the cashier handles all the money & credit cards and then makes UR drinks with out washing or sanitizing hands, THEN the replacement hot chicken came with free hair, the manager was yelling @ me for wanting the hairy chicken replaced and told me to never come back again ( no problem there) and said if I did he has my name, I told him a fake name, good luck with that threat!! read more

I ate at four KFC locations and the mac and cheese taste like it was from a box and chicken smells like pet food after you let it sit for an hour . I don't know who owns Kentucky fried chicken in Erie, Pennsylvania but they are the worst, and need new management and employees at both locations. I go to the one on Peach street, this one, and they have no grilled chicken and tell me 25 minutes. It was dinner time and not busy. So then I go to the one on 12 street and they have chicken. I get home and it's the driest and smallest pieces of grilled chicken I have ever seen. A total waste of time and money read more

Love this location! The staff is the friendliest in the area. Traffic may be difficult but it's worth it for the service.
