Our order was being packed up as I walked in so perfect timing. The food itself was great! I ended up going with one medium and one hot. There is definitely a jump up in spiciness between the two levels and they are very flavorful with the spice, not just a blind heat. These sliders are HUGE. They really fill you up and the fries are perfect. Love the seasoning and the crinkle cut. We will definitely be back for more and this is a great place when you're looking for that hot chicken fix.

However, I placed my order, paid and was given my receipt and a "buzzer" and I waited. The thing that irked me is that I saw my order come from the kitchen, handed from a cook to an employee on the other side of the window, who kept talking and talking and talking to the cook while my food was sitting there. All she needed to do was put the order into the plastic bag, but for about five minutes talked to the cook and kept her back to the customer area, as did the other employees. I saw other employees walking around, there were more staff than customers, but I don't know what they were accomplishing. But my order still waited as they all talked. She eventually very, very slowly added the box with my food to the plastic bag and finally I received my order. Why did it take so long to put my order into a plastic bag and give it to me? The "sliders" are actually a full size sandwich, don't let the name fool you. It was delicious, if slightly cool from sitting at the counter. However, I don't like to patronize a business that has no real management on premises making sure that the staff is engaged. This never happens at Chick Fil-A. I will give them another chance because the food was so good.
