They are open until 11 pm and on google search and also iPhone maps search shows the wrong time also when customers want to order a 2 dollar meal or even onion rings they get told no they are not allowed to order now. My fiancée was just in there on September 28th 2025 and the guy who is serving was very rude saying that they are not allowed to sell my man anything and other customers anything. U now have to either use the app or use coupons. The cashier even said that the company won't allow anyone to order which's is completely a lie from the cashier this is at 10:30 pm to 11pm. This is not customer service when a cashier is lying to customers I used to work a customer service job at 4 different restaurants out of town and if u lied u get shut down and trained properly. Ordered the four piece meal combo in extra crispy, of course they never have the extra crispy. I opted not to have the drink so I'm assuming they would've put more fries in, obviously not and the measly sizes of the chicken for 14.99 plus tax. Ordered at the counter inside to an employee who seemed to have no interest in what I was asking for or making sure that it was sent to the kitchen, but I got back was essentially box full of greasy fries, greasy sort of chicken with no size and conveniently forgot my drink my napkins and eating utensils, when I came back into the store, waited in line for several minutes to get to the counter the guy behind the counter said what do you want now which I just turned around and walked out through my order in the nearby garbage. I can't even give 1 star. Got home to eat my Big Crunch and was surprised with a crunch alright... of BONES! The burger was filled with bones. Went back and the staff didn't seem too concerned. Stood there waiting for a new burger while staff all looked at me and spoke their own language but wouldn't talk to me. Was passed my new burger and as I tried to speak I was dismissed/talked over that I "could have a bottle of pop" and then turned away from me and started talking to the customer at the till. read more

I've only eaten here a select amount of times, but 85% of the times I've eaten here chicken has been selectively small, like NOTICEABLY smaller than other establishments. And most times I've ordered from here, they've forgotten items, whether it was my gravy, dipping sauces, or other sides. The only reason this place hasn't run out of business is because they're the only KFC close enough apart from the one on Luckacuck, which is really slow. Bite the bullet and order from Mary Browns across the street if you really want deep fried chicken. They're more expensive, but at least they run a tight ship unlike this joke of an establishment. read more

My experience At KFCStore number 1826. Time was 18:27 jun 1 2020 So I order my food pretty much took me 15 min to get my food but that's not my beef with this kfc It was a very small order also So I get my food I drive to the hospital where I know it's going to probably be a long time there so we get at hospital we look for the straws napkins and other condiments there was nothing not even the gravy we had ordered with the meal or the salad I was upset went back and simply just wanted my money back as this has happened before on occasion so asked to talk to the manager got her to take care of the the refund then this Brandon kid or I should say little baby because what he said was pretty rude let hope it allows me to say this he told me to get the ???? out of KFC and this was someone I wasn't even dealing with I think the owners should be more careful who they hire for there store. I know I'll never go back to the KFC in chilliwack Hopefully the owners will get in touch with me. I feel the same way as Rena. Back in the day, their food was good, hot and the pieces of chicken were ample. I went to the KFC in Chwk. We live 4 hours from a KFC and I was really looking forward to a treat. The 3 piece meal was the smallest I have ever seen. You swear the server picks the smallest pieces if you don't buy a large order. My money is the same as everyone else's and I find this practise outrageous and disrespectful. KFC must clean up their act especially when people now days are looking for a bang for their buck. Shame on you! read more

OMG,...HORRIBLE FOOD. The only reason why I went there was we were at the hospital and in desperate need of food. I ordered boxes of 4 piece chicken, with fries, coleslaw. I have never in my life seen 2 of the smallest chicken drumsticks in my life. Anywhere in the world. Ever. When u tasted the chicken,..it was unbelievably dry and so nasty and was most likely cooked 12 hrs before and it was sitting (it was obvious) for a very long time. Hence it shrunk to 1/2 its normal size. The two other pieces (they say it is a 4 piece box,...but when you count the one piece of back that they cut in half (never anywhere in the world have I had chicken that was cut in 1/2 and called 2 pieces. So they sell you a 4 piece that is not 4 pieces at all. This was white chicken and so dry,...I threw it out. This was all as the guy kept telling assuring me the long wait was because I was waiting for fresh chicken. Not even close. Fries were so cold and nasty. Coleslaw was so over processed,..who eat's food as this garbage. So bad,..I had to waste my time to write this review to warn others. STAY FAR AWAY!!!!!
