Staff were real nice when we asked around for other eats in the area. We got our food and it was fire Service was fast and food was good, makes for a solid fast food place read more

The beautiful lady in the front is so rude. I had said hello to her to ask her a question and she turned her back on me not sure if her name is Lisa Nisha, or Nisa. Then she started giving me this nasty look after I said why you're ignoring me. For her to be front of house with behavior is a bit much. I ended up leaving and honestly I won't be buying anything from this location and letting my family and friends know not to come to the webster location as well. read more

I placed my order for a 12 piece chicken It was cold dry And all the wrong pieces I was supposed to get 50% white meat and 50% dark I got 25% white And for some reason they gave me 5 drumsticks read more

I took my family to the KFC drive-through on 8/23/24 at 1pm. There was a manager at the drive-through window who was so lackadaisical about her job. When I asked did that come with fries she said "sure" in a sarcastic way. She then asked us if we would like drinks with our meal. I told her no meaning I did not want combos. She charged us for combos and when we got to the front, the young lady said you've already paid for combos you might as well take the drink when I said OK we'll take the drink. The manager, got very upset, threw her hands up in the air and said "aye yai, yai" . if she does not like her job she shouldn't have one. She had an all around nasty attitude and I know why this KFC has the worst ratings because she was a manager. read more

The black girl working here is so rude and nasty. She's tall and slender. Looks like she doesn't wanna work. I greeted her said please and thank you and she just looking at me with an attitude. I think she's the manager. She needs to get fired. This is her behavior every single time. I understand people are going through things. We all are but keep that attitude at home. Don't bring it to work. The carpet by the soda is so sticky. The soda fountain is just dirty and nasty. Needs to be clean. I go here because it's the closest to my grandmothers house and that's what she requests to eat frequently or else I wouldn't spend my money here. There was a Hispanic lady working here for years that is no longer working there for quite a while now. That lady was the best employee that this restaurant has ever had. read more

I ate from two separate locations and had side effects after consuming this food. The drumsticks look anorexic in both locations.

If I could gave this a zero star I would I Order from Uber eats 2 orders and they only sent me 1 order and then it was chicken missing and 10 fries as if they was eating my food. Uber eats did not even give me my money back @ubereats and the food was cold and chicken and fries was missing and my second order was missing from the bag read more

So apparently, my mom ordered from here today and the food was good. But the drink was the biggest insult. My mom asked for starry soda, but instead... THEY GAVE ME SELTZER WATER. I DON'T EVEN DRINK THAT BRUH. Everything else was good but not my drink and I say that in the most disrespectful way. Smh. ‍ read more

KFC at 1731 Webster Ave., Bronx, NY. Evening, staff extremely rude, especially management who seems to condone it. They are all in need of some serious customer service training read more

I wish I could give them 0 stars. The rachetness In this store is ridiculous! I was ordering my food and Chanel ( am employee from this store) was so nasty. There wasn't no lids nor straws. I asked them to refill them and the employee just brought them to the counter and left them there. ( mind you it was only 8 lids on the counter). I asked them to wipe down my table and it took them a while to come out and wipe it. She wiped it down with a smelly rag but she did dry it for me. This kfc is disgusting! Chanel was also yelling at a grub hub guy saying " it's past 9 we're not doing anymore deliveries" in a nasty tone. read more

KFC - No lids at all. - Fast Food Near Me - Bronx, New York

What? People have been complaining about those ratchet employees for years now? AND STILL no difference? Not only am I worried about their lack of decency but the lack of care while handling food? I can't imagine how they take care of that place. Those kids don't know how to make correct orders. They had my GrubHub order wrong. I ordered: 1. Two famous bowls. It was made disgusting. The cheese didn't melt, it was still dried shredded cheese. They left out the corn. The mashed potatoes were not done correctly. 2. They left out my order of Biscuits and Chocolate cake. (Good thing GrubHub refunds right away) 3. My favorite last surprise was my drink. I ordered Iced Tea... they give me Pepsi. I do not play when I am hungry. I am mad. Therefore I needed to rant about this. PLEASE HIRE BETTER EMPLOYEES. PEOPLE WHO DESERVE IT. read more

The food was spot on... it was busy, so I had to wait outside. But it was well cooked. And the workers were respectful. Basically, the service was perfect. read more

I'm honestly not sure what everyone is complaining about. We were stuck in holiday traffic for hours and excited to see a KFC! We ordered three chicken little sandwiches, french fries and a diet soda. The chicken little sandwiches were delicious, the chicken was cooked perfectly and it was a decent piece of fried chicken. The young person who took our order was polite, respectful, and courteous - she even asked us if we wanted ice in our soda and provided us with extras (napkins and ketchup); she even apologized and explained politely that they don't carry mayonnaise packets when we requested extra mayonnaise. If we are near this KFC again, we will be stopping by. read more

The service was sooo bad had me waiting in the drive through for 45 minutes what happened to fast food??

DO NOT ORDER FROM UBER EATS OR DOOR DASH FROM THIS STORE. They are always messing up peoples orders, not only they forgot 1 drink, but they gave me flat water soda instead of Mountain Dew! and I found a bug in my famous bowl, Absolutely disgusting!! They don't answer the phone and staff is hella RUDE!! That place needs to be shutdown immediately. I suggest go in person to get your food 100% correct or at least make sure it's not tampered with. 0/10 would recommend read more

Some customer service training will help with your ratings. I came through the drive thru- ordered my food and paid. The women walked away ( I figured she was going to get something) and I waited for about 5 minutes waiting for my receipt because let's be honest- I don't trust anyone and I want to see what you're charging my card. Finally after sitting and waiting the woman comes back and tells me the price of someone else's food I guess she thought I was the next customer, and I said no I'm just waiting for my receipt. She tells me the machine doesn't work and walks away again. Um?? Ew?? read more

KFC is what you would expect. I love a good fried chicken once in a while. The restaurant was clean and bright.

Where do I start? No change. A staff of 15-20 in a small space with half masks off. Even with such a large staff the drive-thru is super slow and so I went for a walk in. Staff was rude to everyone as they laughed and joked with eachother. This place Really needs an overhaul. Some serious training is much needed here. So sad. 2-5-21 7:30pm. Wow. And I love my KFC but this one here OMG. read more

Missing items in my order (missing chicken and order of fries), I ordered through uber eats so it was impossible for me to go and complaint. The quality of the chicken was no good and I felt sick afterwards. I won't be eating or ordering from this restaurant again. read more

Awful experience team member was absolutely rude just for requesting to change the order and they threw a tantrum, for the love of god please hire new people or something especially ones that aren't rude for no good reason read more

It's Taco Bell. It's not fine cuisine, and not real cheap eats either, but it's a guilty pleasure of mine. I absolutely love the Tacos/Nachos supreme. There's something about crunchy shells, cheap meat, and sour cream that pulls at my heart (or stomach) stings. This particular location is doubly dangerous because you can get your taco bell fix AND your KFC fix all in the same spot. Talk about making a run for the toilet? Dangerous, yet tasty! read more

Most reviews are from over a year or two ago. (Some over 5yrs) Don't worry yourself-nothing has changed! This place is still disgusting beyond belief! It's dirty and dingy. Thank goodness i didn't get any real food. I just brought a friend bc he was craving kfc. He bought me two biscuits for $1.49 The biscuits were undercooked and it felt like i was chewing on playdoh. I ate half of one and threw the rest out. The employees are ghetto as hell and don't worry that you have to order through two panes of bulletproof glass. Hmm... NEVER AGAIN.... NOPE! read more

The chicken was not well fried and seemed raw after the skin came off it. Next, the workers at this kfc are very rude and don't deserve to be working there. They are always ready to fight you if you should ask for a ketchup or something more that they were supposed to add to your meal. Don't buy here. They are disgusting. read more

I love you guys, you are all nice, but the rats are back! It's totally cringing especially when I am stuck in the drive thru behind a car with the anticipation to make sight of another rat running pass my car! A big problem indeed but u guys fixed it and they were gone for years. This is usually the only KFC I go to. They provide friendly service but I'm not coming back for awhile! Also, what is up with KFC not giving a drink along with their value meals. Let corporate know that makes no sense at all! read more

I've been coming to this taco bell for Years. Lately the food has been terrible. The rice in the burritos would be hard and stale. The beans tend to not be stirred correctly. Portion sizes are always off. The lettuce warm and soggy. I'm always left disappointed. I blame the current batch of employees who probably don't work well together. Avoid this place early in the day or you'll get served stale dry left over food products from the night before. read more

The worst ... they gave me the famous bowl with no gravy n no cheese just pop corn chicken & mash .. late shift the worst ‍ Missing chicken. & Fries read more

Bad service, they don't send what you ask for yet the charge for every little thing even they service when it's horrible!!

Awful just awful smells like crap the floor was dirty lady behind the counter top was just rude and it smelled real bad won't never come back to this location every again read more

To start this off, i only come here because it's the only taco-bell near me. But they can NEVER seem to get it right here! The KFC is amazing, I've never had an issue when i order chicken, mash potatoes, mac and cheese, etc. It's always fresh and tasty. BUT the taco-bell is never up to par. I can never have a decent taco. I NEVER get from the fresh batch. I keep giving them chances but i do not know why. At other taco-bells i usually get the chalupas. But at this taco-bell it's disgusting. The only thing i have tried from here that didn't disgust me was the Doritos Loco taco and the Cooler Ranch. Maybe because the flavors were so intense i didn't care for the lack of freshness? read more

Lord this is the worst place I've ever seen. First thing is first the wait time is horrible in both the drive thru and the walk up window. You would assume that since it's a Taco Bell and a KFC they would at least have separate cashiers so the process could be quicker but NO instead if you want either of them you need to wait in a long line. After waiting after 10 mins and you finally get to the front enjoy the ride cashier that awaits you to order. They respond back with attitude (honey it's not my fault you hate your job, I didn't tell you to apply to that. You knew what you was getting yourself into. Don't take it out on me!) Anyways, they never have a response to anything you ask it's always "I don't know" or "look at the menu". Aside from that the cooks share the same countertop ever heard of CROSS CONTAMINATION!!! I wouldn't be surprised if someone has gotten sick from that. They never have condiments nor straws (magically they always run out) gee you would think they would at least stock up on items. The quality of the food is horrible, all greasy and the meat always looks like it's NOT cooked properly. That is the first and last time I EVER EVER EVER I mean EVERRRRR spend money here! read more

KFC - Fast Food Near Me - Bronx, New York

This taco bell-KFC restaurant is in my neighborhood. I used to go there alot. Mostly for taco bell. I know and have experienced that they are not consistent in how they prepare the food and its freshness. One day I would try a bean burrito and it would taste great, cheese melted in with the beans. The next time, the beans would have hard pieces in every 2 bites, like if they hadn't made a fresh batch of beans for hours. I've never left that taco bell feeling that the service was great. I would say Mediocre, sometimes even less. But if you're having that craving I guess you can take a chance. read more

I order 20 pieces of chicken. I was told that in my bucket would have 5 breast, thigh, legs and wings. When I checked it, it had 10 wings, 3 legs, 4 breast, and 3 thighs. My side orders (fries, and mac and cheese) could have been better. The fries are hard and mac and cheese tasted watery. When I called back the store to complaint, I receive no answer. Pity read more

The wait time is extremely long for drive thru. The female attendant was extremely rude and had a very bad attitude. KFC needs to screen the employees and pick staff who are courteous and professional. If you want 15.00 dollars an hour act accordingly. read more

Horrible horrible service you would think this place would live up to idea of being considered fast food. Wrong it took them 19mins just to bring me my order of 3 tacos...really slow service each time I come here read more

The KFC chain would be embarrassed by the service you receive if you visit this location. This location is under construction and only taking drive thru orders. My friends and I stood in the drive thru with another group ahead waiting to be acknowledged by the servers. We finally walk to window and ask to give our order since we waited so long, the servicer had a bad attitude and barely listen to us. I don't understand why she had such a nasty attitude when she only had to deal with the drive thru since the lobby is closed for renovation. She had to ring up two orders because she did not listen to the full order! Once we arrive back to work we realized she shorted our order a mash bowl. If you manage this store you really need to seek better employees. This store gives KFC a terrible reputation. read more

DISGUSTING. The chicken was undercooked and tasted old. The service was horrible. The cashiers were rude and kept me waiting while they chit chatted with each other. Never again. Close this ghetto spot. read more

The worst! I sat in the drive-thru "fast" food line for 40 minutes last night! The only reason I didn't just leave was because there were ppl behind me. When I got to the window the girl that was suppose to be making the food was leaned on a counter drinking from the soda machine. The worst :( read more

Two menu's 1 drive-thru and fast customer service. I'm a fan.

I came a lil distance to get kfc because I was really craving it. The workers were rude. They don't know how to speak to customers. Rushing them to order. Yelling at them. I asked for ketchup and she told me to wait a min. I waited five! Mind you the ketchup was directly behind her. That's lazy. I will never come to this kfc/ Taco Bell again and you can be sure that I am going to do the survey on the back of the receipt so there higher ups know what's going on in this store. I worked for KBP FOODS, kfcs parent company so I know how it goes. These people should be ashamed of themselves. Oh and I forgot to mention, my main reason for coming here was for the grilled chicken which I was informed that they no longer sell! Are you kidding me? I'm over it. Again I'm never spending my money here again! read more
