Officially boycotting this KFC location after one too many gross experiences. The sole reason I have come to this one so many times is because it is right down the street from my house but the last time I went, is definitely the very last time I'll come (refer to photos). Every time I have come, the staff has an extremely hard time comprehending my order. Now I realise that I have an American accent BUT it has never caused so many issues anywhere else. I tried to order the "original zinger with no mayo" in the drive through, the cashier left me with many awkward silences and eventually said "So you want the ultimate family meal?" which is almost $40 and definitely not what i wanted. It's fine and I understand working in the food industry can be tough but its frustrating on both ends especially when you're not met with a good attitude at the end. The popcorn chicken is really really gross, balls of fat and soggy batter. The last straw was when I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich, took it home, and halfway through it a wood chip fell onto my plate. I couldn't be bothered calling to let them know as I didn't see the point in getting offered any discounted food from them. read more

Terrible here. Do not go here. Service is disgraceful, mucked up our order 2 times. No toilet paper, hand dryer broken. Girl are the counter had no idea what she was doing. Food is slopped together, no salt on chips. Everything's dirty and just yuck. Just drive down the road to another kfc. read more

Useless. Food is the same as any other kfc. Only in this case, you rarely actually get what you ordered. Always missing something or some part of the order is wrong. read more

I thought I would have a treat tonight with some KFC from the Brassall store. I was very disappointed as all the food was cold and had to be reheated in a microwave which doesn't taste the same. I will never come to the Brassall KFC again. Just another bad experience from this store. read more

Always get the order wrong, always waiting over 5 mins for JUST chips. Rude staff. Compared to every other KFC, you would think this one was run by children because it's chaos in the shop. read more
