At this point, going to Charley's feels less like ordering food and more like participating in a scavenger hunt. Every time I try to eat here, y'all are OUT OF SOMETHING. Chicken? Gone. Bread? Gone. Whatever I came in specifically wanting? Apparently a mythical limited-edition item that only existed in the imagination of the marketing department. And then there's the absolute plot twist: hearing employees say they haven't been paid in a MONTH while somehow the company has the energy, funding, and audacity to open THREE MORE locations in surrounding areas. ‍ Respectfully... HOW ARE WE OPENING EXPANSION PACKS WHEN THE ORIGINAL GAME ISN'T EVEN LOADED??? Maybe instead of opening another location, we could try the revolutionary business strategy of: 1. Having the food people actually came for. 2. Keeping products in stock. 3. PAYING THE PEOPLE WHO ARE ACTUALLY RUNNING THE STORE. I don't know who is running the operation over there, but they're treating Charley's like a Sims 4 save file with unlimited money while the employees are apparently playing on survival mode. At this point, I'm not even mad about the food anymore. I'm impressed by the commitment to being unavailable. Charley's: come for the cheesesteak, leave with a character-development arc.

Whataburger is in the top 5 anywhere for a go to burger. This is a breakfast review…read more This is a rebuilt Whataburger relocated a few years back. It is at the corner of Garth and Decker Drive. Breakfast runs from 11pm to 11am. Having seen their new breakfast bowls had to stop by to try one. There are two variations, bacon or sausage. They both come with egg topped off with cheddar cheese, biscuit smothered in peppered cream gravy with the sausage or bacon. I chose the sausage. A little mini hack I recommend is to ask for jelly and save it for half the biscuit afterward with a hot cup of Whataburger Joe. Finishes off nicely! Overall I recommend you try the bowl sometime and definitely try one of their burgers. The next burger on my list on must tries is the Chili Cheese Burger!

The manager came out and I explained I wanted a refund, but there was no response--no questions, no apology--just a quick transaction and then they walked away. Fortunate for me, I found a parking spot right by the front door. When i walked in, place is clean, and all the staff employees are very courteous, kind, and very very busy, working keeping up with the hustle and bustle. The only down fall was walking thru the line, some guests just could decide what they wanted. I ordered 1 1/2 Fried Fillet of Fish, extra Tartar Sauce, Fried Okra, Mac and Cheese, no bread, and an unsweet tea. Total came out to about $22. Once I found me a seat int he dinning area, the ambiance was clean, well lit, and amazingly peaceful, as the dinning room was about half full. A few minutes after I had sat down, a dining waitress came by and asked if I needed anything and left me some extra napkins. Good Job, good food, keep it up, see you all next time.
