I've been getting my taxes done here for many years now. Liz, who has since retired was awesome. I don't know what's going on with the staff now but they STILL HAVE NOT PROCESSED our taxes wtf. I am LIVID! They never called to update me so that I could take our business elsewhere. If my stuff isn't processed this week I'm taking our stuff to a different company. I have been getting my taxes done by Liz for over a decade. She has seen me through many life changes and has always helped me get my refund. She is always available by phone to answer any questions and has often taken calls from me on the fly and answered my questions. She is a wonderful woman who works very hard at owning her own tax business and I would rather give my money to her to do my taxes then some chain. Liz is the American Way the way it should be, she's a Ma n Pa tax service and I have always gotten 100% service from her and her staff. Mr. Rick J should just go shop at Walmart for his Made In China Turbo Tax software. read more

If your taxes are any more complicated then what you think you could handle doing on your own with Turbotax then save your self the trouble and go somewhere else. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I recieved here. The staff is not knowledgeable atall, I think they hire people that don't make the cut for H&R Block. People that rely entirely on their computer program while having no fundamental understanding of tax code. I had several thousand dollar mistakes that the prepairer insisted were correct. After losing sleep over a massive tax bill I spent time on the IRS website only to find they were wrong. When brought to the attention of the owner Elizabeth she was rude and not quick to realize their mistake. After paying she rushed me out when I had simple questions about my tax return telling me "...this is not a tax school go somewhere else!" I'm still not sure if it's even completed properly but I refuse to go back and deal with them.. Overall TERRIBLE experience and I would not recommend their services to anyone. read more
