We live in MN and after packing up our suv at the Omaha hotel to head back home, somehow the auto start push button was stuck pressed down. This hero answered my phone call, while out running errands and said he'd swing on by. He not only very quickly and inexpensively dismantled it in a hotel parking lot he made it so we were able to drive the 6+ hours home without a worry. We can't thank him and Evelyn enough for stopping their Sunday plans to help a random family. Top NOTCH Quality - amazing - work!! THANK YOU!

Having the owner take a leak by his truck on day 1 was the highlight of services performed…read more Charging by the hour for continuous smoke breaks, lazy workers, and a never ending list of "oh no, that costs more" is unprofessional at best. When you quote someone for work and explain the processes and steps, but the prep work is not done as bid, that's deceitful. Paying upgraded costs for extra labor to tape off trusses and beams, but having guys sitting in the truck, or literally holding the garden hose for the guy pressure washing is ridiculous; taking hour long smoke breaks multiple times per day, leaving cigarette butts all over my yard, barn and loft, as well as beer cans, soda bottles, snack trash, etc is not acceptable. Lastly, I asked for the balance due for all work performed and well as pending work and the owner quotes me a number which I paid that day. However, he became indignant because, weeks later I ask for a refund for the work that was still not complete, and he states that he didn't include the other work in that number I paid. I did not have this company come back to finish and I would not recommend them to anyone.
