They are well informed about your trip, and know the way to get you there, they don*t even mind if you know a shorter route lol. they*re always cheerful even though they may have had a long day, and some of you have gotten on their last nerve! I needed a ride to a facility, I prepaid in advance and received no invoice or receipts. and on the day of pick up following a snowstorm, I called in at 10am to make sure I could count on them showing up and was assured they would contact me. instead of calling me to tell me they couldn't pick me up, I had to call them 20 mins before I was due in at the facility to find out they couldn't do it - too late for me to make other plans and I ended up losing my appointment and causing my amputee therapy process to be delayed. The man I spoke to could have cared less about my situation, he also didn't identify himself as the owner until after I asked to speak to a supervisor because of his flippant and indignant attitude about the fact that he or the driver DID NOT call me to tell me there was a problem. He ranted about trying "not to be sued for 15 million dollars" as if this company is worth that much! I demanded a refund immediately, they were not going to get another chance to screw me over again. I also lodged a complaint with the PUC because this man was more concerned about keeping my money than ensuring I had service and again I was disrespected and lied to. Meanwhile I also put a review in on Facebook and Yelp, only to have the owner come at me with endless gaslighting attacks against me, trying to make me look like some Karen type while not taking any accountability for his lack of due diligence. Also this owner continued to message my online friends who lodged complaint in solidarity about my personal business in their personal message inboxes. I am not the only person to have issue with how they do business and as well I've added screenshots of reviews from employees on how it is to work for these people Thankfully he at least made good on paying me back but otherwise this person i dealt with is of low character and a despicable nature. I wouldn't trust this person or his company to transport a bag of groceries much less a critical care patient. I will never have anything to do with this company again

We called Stat Transport, who brought her there, right after her appointment was over. We were originally told 45min. 2 hours later, my mother and I, along with the aide, were still waiting. Dispatch tried selling the "stuck in traffic" excuse. Needless to say, this company shouldn't be in the business of care. I will be contacting Dunwoody tomorrow, and letting them know, they should direct their business elsewhere. I strongly urge everyone to go with another transportation organization. Heed my words, you won't be happy with STAT, cause they're anything but STAT.

The pictures are of a tube of lipstick, shoe, shirt, watch and a hair dryer to name a few. If this is a legitimate business then the site needs to be redone and the company needs to get current with the annual registrations.

My mother's health continued to decline and Mariam attended to her every need from doctor visits to medication monitoring and administration, including scheduling appointments on many levels. Mariam understood my mother's mood swings as dementia took over my mother's life. She was cheerful and caring and treated my mother as if she were her own family. Mariam and her people shopped, prepared my mother's meals and as my mother's motor skills became limited they even hand fed her. Mariam is very knowledgable about health issues and was extremely helpful in anticipating health problems and communicated issues with us very well. Most important, my mother was looked after by people who cared about her and treated her kindly and with respect and dignity. Mariam was with my mother and our family during her last days and right to the end. I cannot express how much Mariam and her staff did to help all of us - we would have been lost without her. Mariam is a professional in every sense of the word.
