"Lady Lauren" has been very helpful in responding to our questions. We have never had to deal with an HOA before and as a result we had a lot of questions about our new home at Lexington Place. Lauren was very helpful & knowledgeable as to what we could expect from our HOA and how to apply for approvals for a swimming pool, generator ect. It's nice to have such a beautiful community and to have an understanding HOA to maintain such a high standard of living as Lexington Place. Thank You Lady Lauren for your help and hospitality. They do not return phone calls ,answer their phones or respond to emails. They didn't even know who to ask when my wife showed up in person to retrieve our ARC approval documents. Some phone line extensions we get transferred to say this mailbox has not been set up. read more

Keystone Property Management is a very poor property management company. The property site manager is not good, he is poor at customer service, he is poor at communication, he is poor at any follow up with owners. The company has not trained the manager for the position and it is miserable to have Keystone as our management company. No one returns phones from owners, I have heard from at least five owners in our build that phone calls are not returned, zero on the customer service rating. Chris B. read more

They do an okay job managing the property, but they're horrible at getting back to homeowners with maintenance requests. I never knew if anyone even looks at my requests. In addition, one of my requests was ignored completely without any reason given. Web site is not very good either. read more

Clueless. Illegal entry. No interest in good communication. Lies. Intimidation. Breach of privacy.

I was not told properly by Melby how to access Caliber portal. Very unclear in her directions. Keystone is not a terrific property management company in my opinion. Not connected. Poor communication. All they want is reviews of good performance. read more

The types of communities Keystone manages can sometimes be difficult to deal with. I was living in a community that had become quite difficult under a different management company. When the board broke with that management company and selected Keystone, I was skeptical, and I will say that initially, the relationship was rocky. However, when Sharla stepped in as the CAM, things began to change. Sharla displayed a deep understanding of conflict management, was a great listener, and sought to help the board be more professional, fair and transparent. read more

As a roofing contractor, I've worked closely with many property managers, and Cheryl Hall at Keystone Property Management stands out! While completing 47 roofs and a clubhouse project for the Vista Gardens Association, Cheryl was organized, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. Her professionalism and commitment made a large, complex project run efficiently from start to finish. read more

This company is the worst! The lack of communication and care from them is unbelievable. I have been unhappy now for a while with the level of work I get from the lawn crew they contracted and I get silence from them, and the lawn crew just gives nothing but lame cheap and excuses. The property manager for Lexington Place in Vero Beach is so far the worst, to be honest I thought the last guy was horrible well she takes the price for being even worse no common courtesy, lack of communication, avoiding phone calls, ignoring voicemails. I have been waiting on a call back from her and a manager there for over 2 week now and all I get is radio silence. They act like they are doing me a favor, meanwhile my dues pay their salaries and I am not sure they know this. I am not sure how they are in business still, if I could give a 0 star review I would. They claim their business hours are 8-5 meanwhile anytime I call around 4 pm they are already closed, with my line of work I am not able to call any earlier. The level of customer service is embarrassing and to be honest doesn't surprise me. I wish my Neighborhood would choose another company to manage. I hope this review helps others avoid them and take their business elsewhere! read more

Last two common area maintenance requests were taken care of within a few days. Thank you, Brandon and David.

This company has been an absolute nightmare running our HOA. They took over at the end of last year. Since then all they have done is send SOME of us in the community a bill. It took until the end of April before they were able to get the budget meeting completed and a budget approved for 2023. The day after the meeting they sent out bills and threatened late fees to several members of the HOA. Most of us still don't have a bill but it seems any bills not paid up by next Wednesday will be considered late. Hopefully I get my bill before it's late. In the few interactions i have had with them they have been incredibly rude. read more

if I had the time I would run for the HOA board just to find a new company. Megan who works at ours takes her job to the extreme, constantly taking pictures of all the houses and "violations" but in no consistent manner. (Don't get on her bad side). I don't see how someone who doesn't even live in the HOA can be the one to complain about things. she is def on a power trip. read more

We finally are free of the 2 year contract with this useless company. We asked Betsy to have someone pressure wash the sidewalks and wall around the community. Two weeks past...nothing. We now have a new management company that will complete the tasks that were ignored by Keystone. Don't hire Keystone. They don't answer phone calls, emails and request's for basic community maintenance. We now have a New Company and a property manager that cares. Don't make the same mistake we did 2 years ago. read more

After having financial struggle this year, I wanted to pay past dues on my account but was hit with a million fees. After explaining to Danielle Traynor my circumstances she refused to offer me any curiosity waivers on the fees. I don't find the customer service understanding or accommodating at this company. read more

The worst company, It seems they have an empty office. Always transferred me to a voice mail. They never call back, all they are interested in are fines to the homeowner. In their HOA dues we are paying for alarm that no one use. WHY? The company is useless. Keystone is a FRAUD. No help at all to the home owners. All they do is issue fines to pay themselves. Worst company. I mean WORST, they will fail. Meaghan at the Millstone office needs to learn about Customer Service. Her responses to me were verbally abusive. read more

In my initial dealings with Angie, I found her kind, understanding and helpful easing my issues with one vendor and unfortunately one neighbor. My only issues after 4 years of peace, were met with believability, concern, and re assurance. I was dealing with some difficult personal issues also at the time, and I just wanted her to know I am grateful. It is important to realize how difficult such a job is dealing with many sometimes aging, grumpy people. Elizabeth 304 Sandcrest Circle. read more

The absolute worst management company I have ever had to deal with. We have water damage in our home because they refused to tarp the building's roof which is part of the HOA where we have a property. The HOA has no better luck dealing with them, so they sent me directly to do so. Keystone also refused to let me contact the vendors myself to see if I could expedite the situation or have my own roofer come tarp...They denied me at every turn as slowly as humanly possible. Then denied any responsibility for damages. The response time was shameful. According to onsite management this has been a huge issue with everyone in the community. We also have to pay fees in a terribly archaic way as if they are operating from the 80s. It is terrible. read more
