I discovered Piazza Hyundai of Pottstown through autotrader.com and their prices were by far the most competitive. There was one vehicle that caught my eye so I decided to request an online quote. Stephanie Kimbro immediately reached out to me. She was AMAZING. I shared with her that I live in NJ and was planning on driving 2 hours to her dealership. She saved me a ton of time and hassle making sure that I had all of the appropriate documents since this would be my first time driving again after selling my car when I accepted a job in NYC two years ago. Apparently in order to register the car in my state I needed to have an in-state D.L. as well as insurance. I was able to act quickly the day before my trip and turn in my NC D.L for a NJ D.L. Stephanie saved the day, ensuring that my next step in their dealership went smoothly. She also put a hold sign on the vehicle that I had my heart set on. Upon arriving at the dealership I met with the sales representative, Alex Weisberger, who had been scheduled to facilitate my test ride. He came across as being genuinely kind and knowledgeable with a good sense of humor. I immediately liked him. Alex walked me to the SUV that had put on hold for me and told me all about the vehicle. It turned out the vehicle was not the one for me and I decided not to test drive. Alex handled the situation gracefully, inquired further as to what my must haves and dislikes were, and set out to find me my perfect vehicle. He went into his database and told me he had found what he thought was going to be a perfect fit. His instincts were right on and I fell in love with the vehicle. I had a lot of fun on my test drive with Alex; he put me at ease as I felt my driving skills were a little rusty for not having driven in couple years. When we got back to the dealership to complete the paperwork he kept the conversation going and made what typically is a mind numbing and boring process, enjoyable! Finally, I met with Liz, who finalized the paperwork. She was very efficient and fun which I appreciated. The process took a lot less time than I had anticipated. Overall, I had an amazing experience with Piazza Hyundai of Pottstown and could not recommend them more highly. Their prices are the best and the level of service I was provided could not be beat. Every associate that walked by me gave a warm friendly smile or a "hello" and seemed sincerely happy to be working at this dealership. As a Sales Manager myself, this something that I truly appreciate. Finally, the Hyundai warranty is the best on the market in my opinion; 10 year/100,000 miles. The bottom line is I have found my new favorite car dealership and despite living two hours away, I will be back when the time comes to buy another car. The Wednesday before Labor Day she spoke with somebody who said they would keep it over the holiday weekend to see. We have not had an update yet. Our mechanic looked at the car before taking it to the dealership service and everything looked fine, the dealership service member the one time he spoke to us said the cR was fine and it must be something with the hard drive. The car is under 40k miles, less than a year old and we are stuck with 1 car, both of us needing to commute this week. They said they had no loaners.

Easily the strangest and most unenjoyable experience in my near 25 years of owning and maintaining a car. Not only was their diagnosis of my car filled with inaccuracies (inspiring a chuckle from two different mechanics in the area who reviewed their diagnosis and ended up doing the maintenance work), their repair shop then held my car hostage after doing work that I did not authorize. Their manager was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I asked to speak to the owner, who not surprisingly was "in Florida" and unavailable. I ended up paying with credit card to get my car freed, and after talking to the local police who didn't seem a bit surprised by my experience when I told them where I was. I ended up disputing the charges with my credit card company and got a refund for the work I didn't authorize. That was more than a year and a half ago and none of the "problems" they wanted to charge me over $4,000 for have ever been an issue - not even after two inspections and an additional 15k miles on the vehicle. I think I've had to put in maybe $1,000 combined since my nightmare experience with this business - so clearly something was off. The only reason I am giving them a 1 is because a 0 isn't an option. Never, ever again.
