We have never been to Lexington Nebraska so we have no idea of what is around the area as far as flower shops go. Unfortunately, we had a loss in the family and needed to order a flower arrangement for the funeral. We came across Plum Creek Market for flower arrangements. I called and we spoke to an employee by the name of Crystal. She understood what we were looking for, she was so kind to let us send her pictures of the flower arrangement we had in mind and she created it almost exactly as the picture we had text her. In addition to my review, I also want to mention that the funeral service was three days apart from the ordering date and Crystal mention that she was going out on vacation so she made sure she created the arrangement and had it sent to the funeral home before she went out on holiday. Crystal made sure we were well taken care of and even sent pictures back of the arrangement once it was complete to make sure we were happy with the final product. She made this unfortunate transaction smooth to where it felt like we were shopping from a store a cross the street from us. It's hard to find someplace with some real quality goods in SW Nebraska or NW Kansas, but Knowlen and Yates fits the bill. The owner, Mike Ford, knows his stuff and is an avid connoisseur of all things that play on the palate. Expect a great deal of knowledge and friendly demeanor from this establishment. I know the place and people. I'm the first to review, so I figure I should do it the justice it deserves.
