VORSICHT: Geld weg, null Kulanz und absurde Ausreden!…read more Finger weg von diesem Institut! Ich hatte einen Sprachkurs gebucht, um mein Visum zu beantragen. Kurz darauf habe ich jedoch eine direkte Masterzulassung am KIT (Karlsruhe) erhalten. Da ich nun mit einem Studentenvisum nach Karlsruhe ziehe, ist der Besuch des Kurses in Stuttgart physisch unmöglich. Ich habe das Institut kontaktiert und um eine faire Lösung gebeten (z. B. Einbehalt einer angemessenen Stornogebühr). Das Institut hat komplett auf stur geschaltet und behält mein gesamtes Geld. Das Schlimmste ist ihre Ausrede: Mir wurde ernsthaft vorgeschlagen, ich solle den Intensivkurs doch einfach "online" aus Karlsruhe absolvieren - und das, während ich in Vollzeit ein Informatik-Masterstudium beginne! Hier versteckt man sich gnadenlos hinter den AGBs, um abzukassieren, ohne eine Leistung zu erbringen. Absolut unseriös und null kundenorientiert. Sucht euch eine Sprachschule, die ihre Schüler wie Menschen behandelt und nicht nur als Geldquelle! WARNING: Money trap, zero empathy, and ridiculous excuses! Stay away! I booked a course here for my visa, but soon after received direct Master's admission to KIT in Karlsruhe. Since I am moving to Karlsruhe with a Student Visa, attending a course in Stuttgart is impossible. I asked for a fair compromise, even offering them to keep a cancellation fee. They refused completely and are keeping 100% of my money. The worst part is their excuse: They seriously suggested I should just take their intensive language course "online" from Karlsruhe while doing a full-time Master's degree! They hide behind strict T&Cs just to take your money without providing any meaningful service. Zero customer service. Find a reputable school instead!

I had a horrible experience with this driving school. Not only do they lack professionalism in…read moredealing with customers, they have no value for anyone's time. After confirming the timing of my driving class two times, when I arrived at Bad Canstatt I was falsely accused of having not attended the last 2 classes and told that my class time was now given to another learner. I had not signed up for any of these classes at the time claimed by my driving instructor. He admitted to the fact that didn't even try to call me a single time to ask why I did not show up. He just waited for me to arrive there from Stuttgart Mitte after my hectic working day just to ask me to go home. When I asked to get to view the calendar where he entered all his classes in, he refused to do that as well. I guess he knew that what he was claiming was wrong and his book would reflect it. After all this, I completely lost trust and decided to withdraw. The least the school could have done was to admit to their mistakes and apologize. Not only did they fail to do that but also refused to return any part of the administrative fee (100 Euro) as compensation. I would suggest all the learners that value their time and money to please stay clear of this driving school.
