They don't follow Florida Law for HOA's. They don't even read the governing documents for the community.

I agree with several others that I so wish I could give them a zero! A one is WAY to high of praise for this incompetent group. My home butts up near a preserve. They have allowed that preserve to grow into my home. It is causing insect and snake issues and the trees are damaging the screens on my Lani. I have been inquiring about when it will be taken care since the beginning of the year. I just filed a formal complaint with the DBPR. I have no idea if they can or will help. I welcome any suggestion on how to get them to take of it. I had a Keys employee tell me that they simply haven't done it, because they don't want to spend the money, my money in monthly fees and multiple assessments, all in which I have paid. The worst management company to deal with!! If they manage the property run as fast as you can!!! They DO NOT answer phone calls or text messages, they DO NOT take care of the property. You better watch your rent account because they will charge you late fees when you were not late and they work from home so no office to go to.!! Horrible Horrible people!! Highly unorganized. Delays in repairs. Does not seem that they're able to coordinate logistics in a timely and accurate fashion.

I called Keys a couple days ago to find out what was going on with the pool resurfacing and I was told by the computer that the pool is open 7 days a week until 11 pm. I said "NO" The pool has been closed for 6 weeks and I want to know when it will open. Talking to a computer is not easy. Finally it said that a person would call me tomorrow. That was 3 days ago and still NOTHING from Keys. I gave them 1 star because they are almost WORTHLESS. They have a reputation of not answering the phone and also not returning phone calls. Garbage people managing the company. Probably affiliated with some of the HOA presidents. Very rude and show no professionalism.

This company and there employees are rude and very inconsiderate, I work at night and their yard gut has a trash can chained to a tree right at my room window and he cons makes all types of noise.. I've called the off so many times... I even ask the guy to remove it and I was told they have no where to place it, that's not my problem .... If I could give keys property management a 0 I mostdefinitely would they do absolutely nothing they have a presidents wife as a secretary in our condo and when asked why she's getting paid 30,000 plus a year to do nothing it's stated "she's an assistant " to who? not to the people that live here so if it's them why aren't they paying her. They are getting paid God knows how much and so ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. we have a maintenance guy that comes 3 days a week it took us over a month to get an outside light fixed people have been here 5 years and theirs is still broken and can't count how many garage lights.People do your research they DO NOT have good reviews. I have never wished more that a zero rating was possible. This company is a JOKE!! The agent over the property that I live in is the most disreputable person that I have every dealt with. He will cuss out the property owners, hangs up on us, purposely ignores request and is just in general a BAD person. His lack of concern and common decency is nonexistent. Some of the things that have occured in the eight years that I have owned the home have caused a complete lack of trust between the home owners and Keys. Keys Property Management Enterprise has been awful to deal with for the last year of owning my condo. I'm honestly not sure where the money goes that they get paid because it seems like they offer nothing and maintain nothing. Unless of course you count being talked to disrespectfully and being ignored a service, then they are doing great. I have not spoken to one person who was helpful, or even nice for that matter. The person who is in charge of handling my specific community never responds without at least 3 emails sent and a few phone calls. I assume that when the receptionist tells me that the person I want to speak to is in a meeting, the meeting is regarding how to provide the worst service possible for the most amount of money. It must be standard protocol to always say the person you need to speak to is in a "meeting" because I have never had a response that was not that answer. If I could give 0 stars I would. This company did an inspection on a condo association and is refusing to provide the inspection so that the residents can use it to lower their insurance policies. Specifically Greg was rude and not understanding and didn't want to take the time to help in any way shape of form and hung up on me mid phone call. I would never recommend doing business' with these people ever. I apologize who ever has and does in the future. read more

Oh man, where to begin.... My father died in one of their condos (that he owned but still had to pay a HUGE condo association fee). These people are sheisty and careless, thoughtless, heartless, sneaky, the list goes on. After learning of his passing I contacted Keys and put my name as a contact for the condo and IMMEDIATELY put his Condo fees on auto pay so it would be taken care of until I could sell the property. Well- first they tried to bully me into allowing other condo owners to get first dibs on this property (even though it was already under contract), then they kept trying to tell me I had late fees (I'm sorry, not my problem when this is on auto pay directly from a checking account), then they sent me letter after letter about what needed to be done in the condo, knowing full well it was empty and under contract to be sold "as is" (I know because I kept in contact with them), then a cleaning company went through and emptied out the condo and all of my fathers belongings. During that process they broke a cement parking block, and wouldn't you know it- I got an email with pictures, with an attached emailed complaint from another condo owner- which was also harassing in nature, and then the association tried to get me to pay for damage done by a 3rd party. They apologized and said they would discuss it with aforementioned 3rd party. Finally it came time to close on the condo. Right before this happened they said I still owed them a $32 late fee and had to pay for the broken cement block to the tune of $50. Not a massive deal, but I find it very odd that originally they quoted me (and the 3rd party that actually caused the damage) something around $280 to replace. Hmmm.... odd. I had to argue with them and told them I would not be paying for the block but they still managed to tack on the $32 onto my closing costs. There is so much more but yeah, don't work with them unless you have no other choice. read more

Over the years we lived at Shorewood, Keys has always provided us what we needed as a thriving community.. They hire excellent maintenance staff and keep the facilities in resort condition. It appears there always those who feel compelled to vent dishonest and spiteful reviews just for their own gratification. Sad. read more

Very shady billing practices. My credit score is 820. I'm extremely diligent with bill paying. They charged me for 6 months of late fees that I didn't even know were occurring- they never informed me that I was incurring late fees!!! I had automatic bill pay set up and they never sent me a letter/statement showing late fees! I had to pay them or risk my credit score dropping. It was hard to get them to do any maintenance, our stairs and walk-throughs were always dirty. Took them over a year to fix my storage unit that was damaged by their fountain and ruined most of my belongings inside. Very shady. If you look at their Facebook reviews, the staff puts 5 star reviews to prevent their ratings from being so low. read more

We recently went looking for a property management firm to represent our condo association. We have chosen Keys Property after shopping around. Our board met with Scott Headrick - vice president - and he answered all of our questions. He was available for a resident informational meeting and answered resident's questions candidly. He has been available in a timely fashion through emails. We are impressed with Keys electronic record retention, as well as their 21st century website. Mismanagement is a better name for this company. I own 2 units in a building that they manage and it will be one year since our building's roof was damaged by Hurricane Mathew and hasn't been repaired. The inside of my units as well as others have suffered water damage and nothing has been done about it. Their mismanagement has cost me thousands of dollars in lost rent plus repairing one of the units on my own so I could rent it out. They are supposed to reimburse me since I do pay the HOA's monthly but we get no information or inspections from this company. What are we paying for?? read more

I have interacted with this company for about 5 years and find they do everything possible to NOT be in contact with the customers/owners who pay their salaries. Even if someone is not available the receptionist immediately forwards you to voice mail without letting you know they are unavailable. I find this exceptionally rude. They often know of problems but don't post notices or send emails so residents are appraised of a situation. When they took over our management they had a manager on-site but that ended after a few months and now the management is completely off-site. The off-site management is not responsive to the residents. read more
