The next day I had questions and had to setup one of the phone and update my Netflix's account, so went to my local T Mobile store in Old Bridge. From the minute I walked in I was greeted by everyone and Samm asked how she could help me and addressed all my issues. Helping me with both phones and Netflix. She spent just about an hour addressing all my issues and questions and never tried to rush me. She went over and beyond normal customer services and was very pleasant.

I have honestly never written comments or reviews about customer service or tech support but I had to make an exception in this case. I want to comment on order 63590 on December 8th. Jay Morales was the person who took my case from the beginning and I did not get good service. I got excellent service! He went above and beyond his obligations to help me and resolve my problem with so patience and courtesy.
