First, I'm sitting outside Office Depot in the pouring rain. I need some things printed from my…read morephone, while I wait for the rain to stop I called the store to ask some questions and a really friendly bubbly voice answered the phone. Wow, I didn't have to hold, amazing! When I finally went in that same bubbly voice greeted me, her name was Melissa. She had to teach me a couple of things on my phone which was really nice. About a minute and a half later my 16 copies were in my hand and I was on my out the door. Her people skills were excellent. I don't know who her boss is but she needs a huge raise.
