we rented this place long-term from Pam Bell the agent she has been one of the rudest lady's we have every seen we have always paid 2 to 3 mo's in advance we paid over $1000 to have just the yard cleaned up because she refused but gave us the go ahead so we did we had guest for the first time after about 2 mo's of living there she drove by took oic's of us inside the house with our grandbaby sent us dirty emails with the pic's she took of us in our home she went to 2 different windows and took pic's tru the window and sent them to me asking of was in our home with us wth,,I can have guest today she sent the yard guy to mow he went of on my wife and me cut out tomatoes down on purpose with me standing there and then dared me to do something about it he's in his late 40s and fat I'm in my 70s and skinny as hell what could I do about it so I called the police he took off when the cops showed up he wouldn't come back but Pam Bell the leasing agent did never met her once as soon as she stepped out of her truck with the cop standing there she flips me off what kind of woman does these things this has been nothing but a nightmare renting from these clowns,,do you home work before trusting Pam Bell read more

If you are a landlord looking to use Keyes, save your reputation and do not. I'm currently dealing with Martin V. who is absolutely unresponsive. Even your most loyal and reliable tenants will receive little to no communication from them, have contracts thrown in their faces wrongfully, and your properties will be neglected. Keyes is a liability and unfortunately will put mud on your name by blaming everything on you as the landlord, saying they have no control over any situation. If you are a tenant looking to rent a property managed by them, see the above. You will receive no help from them should you need it, you will be given no access to the landlord - they will never even speak to the landlord. read more

This management company is excruciating to deal with. The turnaround time on non emergency but important repairs is now past 10 days for me and I'd hate to think what would happen if there were an emergency. When asked to complete repairs sooner all I got was excuses, not even an apology or and I'll try to do my best. Horrible customer service. Love, love, love the rental that we've come to for a few years and have tolerated the inefficient ways for probably the last time. Routine needs of renters not met. I find it hard to believe that every year it only happens top me. Dealing with Keyes is a total inconvenience from no garage door opener, no parking pass for garage, then a dead battery in the garage door opener when it was finally retrieved. You are Pushing me to find another vacation spot. Year after year the same shenanigans. Can I give half a star? read more
