All they did was a covid and flu test and they didn't do a strep test. I went to Urgent care the day after and urgent care has confirmed with me that I was tested Positive for Strep A! Now I'm currently taking antibiotics. I've been coming here for a couple of years and I will no longer be returning here! Don't waste your gas or money coming here!

After me persuading him we finally looked to find a doctor for him to go get a check up. I decided to go with this practice because of the reviews which were decent, which now I don't understand why. When we went to the doctors office the doctor simply wasn't warming at all, it wasn't comfortable for my significant other even though we explained to the doctor that we haven't seen one in a very long time. In no way did he make us feel warm and welcome. But that's not the Main reason of me writing this review, mind you I'm not one to write bad reviews for somebody. Last Wednesday we scheduled an appointment to get blood work done after not getting blood work done for years. Which the doctor knows. After logging into the portal which the front office told us to do it seemed like the results came in the next day for the blood/urine work. There was absolutely NO COMMUNICATION, no call or follow up from the front office nor the doctor about the blood results. As a matter of fact we had to contact the doctors office ourselves to get an update which they had said the doctor would follow up but never did. We waited an entire week, Which is absolutely ridiculous because the doctor should follow up with you the next day if they cared enough. Still no phone call. After a week we decide to finally call them to ask what was going on. The lady at the front desk Continued to tell us that everything was "normal" and the doctor "didn't have time" and that's why he didn't call. Word for word said "the doctor didn't call because he is busy with other patients." What kind of doctor does that? The level of upset doesn't even make sense. I have never been to a doctors office and had experience such disrespect. As someone (my significant other) that hasn't seen a doctor in years we should not have this experience. It was the absolute worst visit for him and I really regret taking our business here. I want the doctor and the front office to know that they need to fix their ways because the way that they treated my significant other is completely unacceptable. The front desk lady also had told us that we should be able to understand what was written on the portal. How would we do that when we're not a doctor? Simply just so upsetting. I will be taking my blood work to a different doctors office and I hope everyone takes the time to review this review, and I hope Dr. Ramin as well as the front office takes everything I'm saying it into consideration.

I have been doing my annual physical here since 2015, maybe if not before!…read more My PCP is the great Dr. Shruthi Edunuri! I never had any bad experience! Very nice and friendly staff! Always kind and smiling! I try to be funny and humorous, and they always appreciate that, and they make me laugh, too! That's how I beat up the nervousness I get from blood work samples and such. The clinic is very clean! There is water at the front desk. You just need to ask to get a bottle or more. I like that I get my results electronically at the my charts app, and I always finish any requested paperwork on the app prior to my visits! I hate actual papers, and I love everything to be electronically, and they provide that!

Your medical records were left open, on display in the room that I was in. I could see all of your information (contact and medical). This is an issue for me for many reasons - patient privacy as well as cleanliness. If someone had cleaned that room then the records would have been noticed and properly stored. 4/13 was my second visit to this location for a pre-op exam. The paperwork was said to be faxed to my surgeon. It never was. My surgery was set for 5/3 and paperwork needed to be in by 4/26. If I did not follow up with my surgeon then it would have been canceled due to this office not faxing the documents. Their excuse was that they are busy and short staffed. My first experience was with Dr. Kurella. She was extremely late. A male (he took my blood) walked in on me mid breast exam after knocking once while simultaneously entering the room. Thankfully the doctor was by the door, her body was able to shield my exposure. When it came to the urine sample I put on gloves and cleaned up the bathroom prior to providing a sample after making it known to the above mentioned male. He replied with "thanks". There was toilet paper all over and pee on the seat. Exactly what you would expect at a 7/11. I am pretty patient and understanding but doctors offices should be relatively clean, respectful and caring. The bathroom is the least of my concerns when it comes to patient privacy issues (breast exam exposure, loose medical documents). I made these issues aware to the manager. I have yet to hear a response from her. I believe contact was made on 4/27.

However, I later received an unexpected separate office visit charge in addition to the preventive exam billing. My concern was not the care itself, but the lack of transparency regarding billing. During the wellness visit, the provider briefly reviewed outside lab results I had brought with me, and I was later billed for a separate office visit associated with that discussion. I was not informed during the appointment that this could result in an additional charge. After reviewing my visit documentation, I also felt portions of the note did not fully reflect my understanding of the visit, particularly regarding the extent of evaluation performed beyond the wellness exam. After raising concerns and providing supporting documentation, the office acknowledged overlap between the preventive visit and additional billing and indicated the matter would be reviewed. However, I did not receive a final follow-up or resolution regarding the coding review or reimbursement request. I would encourage the practice to improve communication around preventive visit billing and provide more consistent follow-up during billing disputes.

They told me they didn't have it--first red flag. They never located the referral, but instead offered to schedule an appointment just to issue a new one, which felt unnecessary and frustrating. Like many working professionals, I can't take time off without proper notice. I called the same day the appointment was made to let them know I wouldn't be able to come. Despite this, they still charged me a $50 no-show fee. When I called to speak with the office manager, Gary, he repeatedly cited their policy without any consideration for the situation. Then, when I mentioned that I intended to leave a review about my experience, he threatened to sue me if I did. So here it is--my honest review. If you're thinking of going to this practice, I urge you to read the many other negative reviews. I now see they were absolutely accurate. Save yourself the stress and take your care elsewhere.

In 2019, I was also diagnosed with Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma, further complicating my medical history. Throughout my care at Rocky Run, I consistently reported serious symptoms: severe muscle loss, chronic fatigue, weakness, and pain. I communicated these issues repeatedly, including during visits with the nursing staff. Despite having full knowledge of my surgical and oncological history, no physician or nurse at Rocky Run initiated comprehensive hormone testing, cortisol evaluation, or appropriate endocrine management at any time. In October 2023, after specifically reporting sexual dysfunction, a testosterone test was finally ordered by Dr. Mancini, revealing a critical testosterone level of 7 ng/dL. Despite this result and my extensive medical background, no treatment was provided. I was referred to a urologist instead of being directed to appropriate endocrine care. No one at Rocky Run Family Medicine provided any relief, support, or meaningful medical action -- only bills. After leaving Rocky Run, I established care with a new physician at a different practice. At my first appointment, the new doctor provided emotional support and immediately initiated proper testosterone therapy. I am now under the care of an endocrinologist who promptly identified multiple missed hormone failures. As a direct result of Rocky Run's long-term failure to diagnose and treat critical medical conditions, I suffered years of avoidable physical deterioration and lost significant career opportunities
