This bank carries my hometown name - I so badly want to be proud of it. Sadly I'm not…read more I went to the bank to withdraw money. I stood in the bank today waiting my turn for 20+ minutes. The energy was dismal - like a funeral home. While I waited, I asked myself why I had invested my money with a company whose energy is dreary and stale. Instead of withdrawing some money, I closed the account. Today this bank lost an account that was opened 40 years ago - and they didn't care. Customer service is not alive in this institution. I will reinvest my money somewhere they are invested in me.
