Their system is great, but, it's their customer service that calls for a shout out! Over the past 5 years, I have upgraded and enhanced several aspects of our coach (including a 1,500 watt solar system, with a 800 amp LiFePO4 battery bank) but I digress. When you need help with your Spyder system, these guys are responsive, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Tony Howard just helped me troubleshoot a problem with my system, and walked me through a turn-key system upgrade that will take me through the next 10 years. I am very pleased with their service!

I was…read moreput in contact with Spyder Controls and spoke with Ted Shaw, who was knowledgeable, polite, patient, and flexible. He was able to send directly to me, instead of a RV repair shop, a new panel with instructions that allowed me to repair my motor home without a long( 3 weeks minimum) wait time at my dealer repair shop. Within a few hours, I had the new panel installed, with all electrical systems working and can now use my motor home for a planned trip on time. Thanks Ted. Mike McDaniel

This sod farm delivers sod daily to Edmonton from Red Deer…read more The sod farm delivered multipe days old sod for over 5000 square feet of sod install. The result was various dead peices of sod, even after heavy rains and watering. I have photos of the sod. I contacted the owner, and sales rep, and they claimed the sod was cut a day and a half previously, however as a landscaper, we all know fresh sod, as opposed to multiple day old sod, dry, hot rolls of sod, any sod farm will tell you that sod is on its way to dying. The sod is terrible quality, and the owner does not care about running a reputible business, that stands behind their product, as was clear to me after our discussions. Avoid buying this sod, as it is not worht the hassle, and is of sub par quality in my oppinion.
