I bought a truck for my Grandson from them. He didn't even get 10 miles from the car lot before it overheated . He called Key Motors and they said they have a shop they use down the road, he took it to them. and was told told the water pump was bad and that they would also have to replace the timing gear cover gasket. this is a 7.3 diesel. Spoke with Key Motors and they will not stand behind any of it. I was told that my grandson tromp on it leaving the the lot and it could of caused it. Yea i;m really that stupid.... The shop quoted 2500.00 to repair it. I would say stay far away from this car lot. They could care less about customers once they get your money. he didn't even have the truck 30 min. One star because -1 isn't an option. Less than a month ago, with the help of my father-in-law and my parents, we bought Our son's first car from Key Motors in Rogers, AR. The whole visit was a little weird, we're used to helpful, eager salesman. The owner was sitting at his desk with his feet up. Granted, there was another salesman but when we had questions, the salesman said "i don't know, you can ask" meaning I had to go inside and ask the owner myself. When I went in, he was sitting there kicked back, talking to his wife about nothing that seemed more important than me, the potential paying customer, and made me wait until they finished their conversation. Of course, he did mention how many cars he had sold that month, so maybe my purchase just wasn't important to him. We noticed the radiator fluid looked blackish, the owner explained they'd had the car checked and it was nothing, maybe just from the rubber on the cap (), but if something came up he'd work with us and no other dealer was going to make that offer. He likes to keep his customers happy. We decided to buy the car "as is", and had an hour plus car ride home. I had to ask for temporary tags to drive it home. This seemed like a huge inconvenience to them, they even said they could only give them to me if their machine was working. I guess me driving that far illegally was again not important to them. My son drove the car for a week until, something leaked all over the engine. The mechanic told us today, the transmission is shot and the radiator fluid was black bc it has been going down hill for a while, and it would cost $3500 to fix. We paid $3700 for the car. I called the dealership who told me they'd been driving that car for a month and nothing was wrong with it then. "Sorry for your bad luck" or "maybe your son hammered down on it" and he could give me the number of a guy in ROGERS who could fix it and save me some money. When I told him it all seemed a little fishy, HE HUNG UP ON ME! In this day and age, with so many buying options and social media, customer service should be their top priority. Shame on them. Only cause I have to give them a star ro tell people to steer clear of this place!!! We paid 4000 for a car and never even made it home before it broke down. To fix it we have to spend 3 to 4000 on new transmission... Dont let them fool you with there kindness it is anything but!!! read more

Avoid this place like Covid-19. I am very thankful I did not buy their POS car. The sales guy is nice enough but the owner could care less about the people he sells cars to. I was looking for a particular car and luckily I have a daily driver so I could be picky but the oil cap broke in the valve cover (salesman did it), tires were horribly out of balance, check engine light for a misfiring cylinder and the oil looked like it already had 5k miles on it. I told the owner what I would be willing to pay if I could take it to a shop I trusted and them diagnose the problems, he hung up on me. The next day his tune changed and said he would have his sales guy meet me at the shop. After being 15 minutes late I called and he said he sold it to someone else, again hung up on me. I feel bad for the guy who bought it and hope it was an easy fix. I wouldn't touch another car from this place with a 10ft pole. read more

Absolutely worst costumer experience ive ever had. The OWNER of the business cussed me and my mother out because we didnt buy his Peice Of Shit 2004 ford f150 4 door with a big brush guard on the front. It had so many issues and problems i wouldnt even be able to drive it until a new set of tires and a new windshield. After i looked it over the owner came over to us and asked what i was thinking on the truck. I simply told him im not gonna buy the vehicle today and that was it. He snatched the keys away from me and said he didnt wanna sell it for as low as he said anyways and he had all the others guys lined up for it so i told him i hope he sells it and started walking away. The sales rep had left the hood up and the owner says you're not even going to close the hood?? Like it was My fucking job, i just kept walking and ignored him and he says well Fuck you then get the fuck off my lot and started a big yelling fight between all of us!!!!!! All because i wouldnt buy his lemmoned POS truck. I Highly suggest if you have CASH in your pocket LIKE I did you take it to Any other dealer in Roger's you'll DEFINITELY get a better deal Anywhere else and better treatment. read more
