we called john from key machine after locking our keys in the trunk or should I say boot of the rental looking for the camera to take pictures of the coastline.
he was so knowledgeable and easy to speak to over the phone that we called him out to open the boot of the vehicle reassuring us that it will be 100% damage free.
we come from the usa where the last thing you want to deal with is a crooked locksmith, but john was really above and beyond. exceeded our expectations of what dealing with a locksmith would be like by far.
he showed up in a clean and very professional van. even cracked a joke to make us feel better...
he reached into his van pulled out some tool I swear I saw in a movie once and before I can say WHAT THE....the boot was open...
his price was in my opinion very reasonable...
